Quality Control is apparently no longer important to Home Depot. I've been buying new cooler pumps each June for 14 years and this is the first time none of them have lasted longer than a month. Sure, they replace them and 3 weeks later they seize up in 100+ weather again. Nobody seems too concerned of my time or hassle. They aren't cheap - where's the quality?

Tried to buy plants and found all their plants were dried out due to no watering. Poor inventory and no one anywhere..

I PURCHASED A FRIDGE ONE MONTH AGO AND THEY DELIVERED AND BROUGHT IT INTO THE KITCHEN AND TOOK THE BOX OFF. THIS WEEK I PURCHASED A FRIDGE AND THEY JUST TOOK IT TO THE PORCH, ANY FURTHER IT IS A HIGHER CHARGE. ALL ABOUT THE MONEY NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. SAD STATE OF AFFAIRS BUSINESS HAS COME TO.

Cashier was unhelpful and doesn’t know the product they sell or how to look it up so I had to do it for them.

I was looking for a specific color of stucco color patch and couldn't find it in Albuquerque This store had 4 boxes of it. When I arrived, four employees worked together to bring the pallet to the floor, find what I needed and then helped me make a special order in case I needed more. Wow! Amazing persistence to solve my issue and pleasant people. I highly recommend you come to Los Lunas for your next project needs.

My brother had just purchased mulch and was loading it when a female Home Depot staff member asked for a receipt and commented "you people don't pay for anything". My brother handed her the receipt as she continued to talk about " you people". My brother looks very Hispanic. Really Home Depot??? Occurred April 20, 2024 in Los Lunas.

As usual, Frances was there to help me with all my needs in the store and is a great, knowledgeable friendly customer service rep. Highly recommend!

Every time I go here I get treated like family. The staff always willing to help out with ideas and how to fix stuff

Yesterday, my wife and I were visiting the store and were looking at kitchen appliances. An associate there, Peanut Maez was very helpful and kind. She did a great job helping us and really went above and beyond with her customer service.

I love this store and have since it's been built. Employee's are more friendly and there is just a better atmosphere in this store than Albuquerque

My delivery is this Thursday 11/16/23, I am very excited, the reason I am posting this review is to tell people about my purchasing of the appliances by a Home Depot employee named Carrie, she was fantastic and extremely helpful and caring, by far the Best employee I've dealt with at this Home Depot store. Thank You Carrie, you made my experience absolutely Great

This store is organized, clean and helpful

Cashier did not know how to pull up a veterans discount on the computer. Management is responsible for training their employees. They should do their job.

I bought refrigerator and the blinds for the hole house

I am a truck driver and I needed to get something specific to solve and emergency that had happened with my load. Even though Home Depot is not a store specialized in Semi truck stuff, Cam, Phill - CXM and Jacob thought out the box and help to solve my problem with the products you guys have. I wouldn’t have finished my trip without them. Thank you so much!

I just finished replacing my bathroom vanity and now I’m replacing my carpet with vinyl floor and lastly I’m installing a new dishwasher! I know very little about how to do each of those jobs..but Peanut in appliances and Byourn in flooring have done such an amazing job of helping me get everything I’ve needed to get my projects done! They’re the most awesome people there. They’re super friendly, kind, and patient. And I had lots of questions to ask and they were great in answering them! The cashier Flo is also super sweet and friendly! A big THANK YOU to all of you for making my trips easy!!

My experience at this location was phenomenal. The employees are friendly and helpful, willing to do whatever it takes to ensure I get what I want. Phil was especially attentive to my needs, and was patient with explaining things to me in spite of my lack of knowledge with this stuff; he helped me choose the supplies that I needed, even though it took me a long time to decide. Cashiers are nice too.

I recently moved to Los lunas and went into Home Depot , Mona greeted me very kindly , helped me find all my many items , basically ran the store behind the scenes along the way , and even went to checkout with me to help me scan in non-barcode items , she is well deserving of a promotion or raise , thank you !

Excellent customer service with Peanut she was amazing to work with! She was reassuring and made the purchase smoothly I recommend for anyone looking for appliances to go to this location and see Peanut!
