the store was clean. The associates were busy and not just standing around, unlike the other hardware stores.

I would shop this store over any other hardware store in Los Lunas. The employees are courteous, friendly and always ready to assist you. One employee named Lucas in the Garden Department was extremely helpful to me last weekend when I shopped there. We have always been very satisfied shopping this hardware store and have always preferred going there compared to others.

Any employee will help doesn't matter what department if you have a question thay don't know thay will call someone.

The store was clean and neatly stocked. All product was easy to find and what I couldn't find a employee was always willing to help. The only down fall was there wasn't enough employees on the floor.

I've been shopping this store for over ten years. It's always been a good experience, even if I didn't find what I wanted. Example: Last fall I needed to replace an HVAC part. I had diagnosed the problem and was trying to find the part locally. When I asked an employee if they had it, he replied "I'm sure we don't, but let's look anyway." We came close, but no cigar. Then he referred me to the right people. Earlier, I had been in another local store, I was told the part didn't exist. The store here is clean, orderly and full of help! That's more than I can say about any other mega-retail store!

I felt that the store was clean and the staff were helpful and attentive. The appliance section is well staffed and knowledgeable. When I have used the on-line service the staff attend to the chat section quickly and are helpful. Unfortunately, the garden area seems to need attention. Although they have a good selection they have been understaffed the last two times I was there and although I wanted to buy some large trees I was unable to get assistance loading them because the staff assigned to that were "busy." I was disappointed that I could not purchase the trees.

The employees are not willing to assist; however, they will tell you what isle to find a product. Even though I told him I did not know what I needed, he just said, isle 28 and went back to talking to another store employee.

I FOUND EVERYTHING I NEEDED. THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. CHECKOUT WAS FAST AND FRIENDLY.

The associate in the flooring dept.. Was very helpful. She went far beyond to help me find something in a dept. she didn't work in.

It may be just me because I am a bit on the Old Man side of things but I continually have problems with your employees. If they see me coming they take off. I have had an employee be downright obnoxious to me. Like I say maybe I look like I should be passed over but I do pay and I think that is what you are in business for. I also seem to need things that are in short supply at this store. And it seems to be quite often. I had a run in with an employee and complained, about 6/8 months ago and a person identified as a Manager called me. However, he was worse than the employee who had caused me the trouble. I will still shop here but I am always a bit Leary.

Great experience buying my fence materials! Very helpful staff and friendly cashiers! Even found a door I wanted at another Home Depot because they were out of stock. Will definitely return.

Paint matching is excellent and extremely nice staff. Would definitely hit home Depot before Lowe's. Check them out!

As always is the case, I found what I needed with minutes and was out to complete my project. Every store employee I met through out the Los Lunas Store were friendly, each one greeting me with a good morning or asking how I was doing.

I would like to see brighter more inviting atmosphere and the interior of the building neater looking

Do not appreciate being followed around like a thief. I'm a paying customer. Several times in this store been followed around by a few female associates. Not asking if I need help and when I ask for help they roll their eyes as if I'm a bother to them. Please get rid of these employees. I would rather drive to Albuquerque and give them my money then to be followed around like I'm stealing something or that I'm interrupting their personal conversations.

Good customer service the employees met my needs. nice clean store. I was looking for appliances the salesmen came to me.

Overall, this store's associates are much more friendly and helpful compared to it's neighbor - Lowe's
