Home Depot profits from the promotion of death and evil culture through their Halloween products and displays. Their associates are insensitive to others when they walk by and trigger the screams and howls. Store and corporate management are unresponsive. They value “respect for everyone” but this is not respectful. THD should focus on home improvement and building material for the betterment of society and not the promotion of evil. I am no longer a customer.

I bought this. At The Home Depot in Loveland yesterday. The gentleman that helped me even told me that this was the $149 set. It had the price tag right below it of a 149 and it wasn't just one box. There was several. I tried to tell the lady at the register about this and she didn't even really care. All she wanted was my money. That $200 that she charged me for it. I believe that I was overcharged $50. Not. Acceptable

Phil in garden is just the person you want to help you with your project. He took his time, shook my hand, asked my name, and genuinely cared about what I wanted for my project. He helped me locate the item I was searching for and shared tips and tricks of gardening. Not only a great employee, but a kind man.

Tim, the associate working in the paint department, did a splendid job of describing the product in question and offered examples for its use from his personal experience including comparisons between similar products. I use the glue I purchased for my business of creating ornaments from fabric that resemble cats and dogs and he was able to help me improve my own manufacturing process with the information he provided. —Wiggly Eye Designs.

While HD found what I needed and ordered it for me at the service counter, it would have been even more helpful to have access on the floor to an experienced rep.

Needed new refrigerator and also bought a stove

We just moved into town and came to the store trazzled ! Daniel greeted us as we were there to purchase a reliable washer and dryer set. He listened to our needs and didn’t try to push other more expensive model. He was great to work with and store displays looked beautiful!

This is the best HD in the area!

Went to store for a refund without receipt, Return desk looked up credit card for purchase and found the receipt. Very polite, professional, and thorough. Naturally we spent the refund promptly.

If you can do the work with Sharkbite fittings or abs or PVC, they can find the bits and pieces and provide advice. Sprinklers too. Other HD's have electrical folk who know more. Hopeless place if you want to do DIN standard wiring for a lab.Nothing for precision electrical or fancy plumbing in a commercial or medical lab setting. Helpful people in flooring, carpet, and simple tiles for a rental place or starter home. Lumber - not great but the roof is fixed and doesn't drip on the sheet goods anymore. They are low end on most things but effective a lot of simple home stuff. They understand the lifetime warranty on Delta Plumbing fixtures.

as I said before, I ordered a dishwasher that was rescheduled twice. I was promised a $50 gift certificate which I did receive.

We wanted to buy a washing machine, but waited a long time for a salesperson to help us.

Tried to buy a tool was let down by employees, employees who would rather stand in there spot and point then to show you where a product or tool is located. Then when you find said location the employee at said location has know idea what your asking about even though the online store says they have said tool in stock free store pick up. But im already at store trying to find said tool.

We have a choice of 3 differnent Home Depots we can go to that are the same distance from our house. We pick Loveland every time. No contest.

I want to acknowledge the associate who assisted me when purchasing a refrigerator and stove. Sandra was very pleasant and helpful when I inquired about the brand I wanted. Sandra placed the order for me online in store so I didn't have to on my phone. I was very happy with her willingness to help.

Customer service was cheerful, kind and willing to go the extra mile to help. The employee on the floor, not so much. 1 star for employee on the floor.

We are frequently at the Loveland Home Depot, and 2 things really stand out about it. First, the associates are very friendly and welcoming. Second, they seem to know where everything is-not just what part of the store, or even which aisle. Most of the time they tell us on what side of the aisle, and even in what bay.! Kudos to each and every one of them--they make shopping at the Loveland Home Depot a pleasure!

Very poor customer service

We needed a new refrigerator and went to the Loveland, Colorado store to shop. A sales person worked with us to find a suitable unit and maximize the current holiday rebate offerings.

The store is always neat and tidy and helpful

This is a convenient store, and the employees are generally helpful. The availability reports of merchandise on the website does not always match what is in the store, however. This can lead to frustrating trips.

I always enjoy shore here at the Loveland store!
