Friendly and knowledgeable/helpful employees American Wallworks

I am an Australian. I have never been to Home Depot. Yet somehow, my email address has erroneously been associated with someone’s Home Depot account. Every time they shop, I get their receipts. There is no way to opt out, except to make a phone call or send a snail mail letter, which would cost money. I have been sent multiple surveys and attempted to request to be removed via those. Now I am trying this review.

Shopping at Home Depot is so groovy. It’s groovier than riding around in a tie died t shirt, in a hippie bus with a bunch of hippie chicks.

I was happy with the product and it works great

I bought a great induction stove a month ago and I am so pleased with it!! I got a great price and it is perfect for me, the service was great and installation went well.

The employees do whatever they can to help customers find and obtain what they came for. As there are a great many items locked behind security screens (sadly necessary lately) the store experience itself is very unfriendly but the employees are as helpful and friendly as they've always been. Maybe even more so.

Clean store. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Smart people.

I needed shelves. A kind young female Home Depot employee helped me find just what I was looking for and even carried the shelves to a cart for me. Lately, I dread shopping. I left happy!!

Within an hour of where I live there are many HD stores. Loveland is the best.

My recent visit in the landscaping and nursery area required assistance from multiple staff members. Each and every one was willing, helpful and funny. I have found staff at this Loveland store to be very helpful and engaging always. Great store.

Never ever have I had such a positive and amazing experience at a Home Depot anywhere! I think the Loveland Home Depot has a new mantra be seen and help anybody that looks like they might need it or even if they don’t, that’s OK♥️

Is looking for a peach tree and they directed me in the right place and they were able to take care of that for me and I was pleased with the way it was handled

I have shopped many Home Depot’s and this one is exceptional! They are so friendly and helpful! I was there for 45 minutes yesterday and at least 7 employees asked me if I needed any help. Shout out to Tile, Appliances, Lumber, and Hardware employees especially!! Thank you!

I worked there one summer about 10 years ago. It still carries the primary products I expect to find.

Avoid writing about customer service? That is your stores main problem. Dont you want to know how unhelpful and rude they are?

This one's for Elle. - Elle, you are a most welcome addition to your management paradigm at store #1529 loveland. The persuit of diligence and customer service are paramount when dealing with the consumer, ok people,. ...and some associate attributes can not be undervalued although good works often are in the mart of competitive commerce. So, underestimated though it may be, Elle, your thorough nature, quick decision making and the efforts you put towards our safety and general customer service the day of my visit are recognized as: simply outstanding. - Keep up the good work.

Purchased sod and they where extremely helpful loading and unloading. They even let me return the sod rolls I didn't use.

Every time we come in it’s always the best experience. Everyone is so helpful. If you guys could build us a little cardboard house in the steel we would live in this store haha

As always i was checking out and the cashier was nothing better than RUDE to me. her whole life was terrible - she had an LONG time until get got off work - in half hour. had a horrible long day (3 hours shorter than most people work) and had the gall to call me rude when i told her she should be glad she is still working and a lot of people are unable to. Elizabeth at Loveland Home depot is not someone who should be at a register dealing with the public.

Customer service representative Debra always calls me by my name. That makes me feel welcome at your store.

I was able to look product up on website & give directions to product I was shopping for , Great way to find product in store with exact location given from website . Very helpful

We had an issue with fixing our new LG refrigerator. The salesperson went out of her way to call LG and get the service call started.

Shop here regularly - always leave with more than initially intended.

I bought a washer And drier at this store in Loveland Co.the employees are very friendly beter thand the store in Greeley.

Janet the kitchen designer was super knowledgeable, helpful and patient in walking me through every part of designing and ordering my new kitchen.

We were looking for a specific light fixture. Sue greeted us and checked to make sure they had the 4 in stock that we needed. Then Tracy used a hydraulic lift to get the 2 fixtures stored on the upper storage shelf. Dave was very pleasant and checked us out quickly. This Home Depot is now our go to store.

Very pleased with the paint colors we bought Very pleased with the LED overhead lights we bought for our garage and our basement storage room. Nice and Bright!
