The customer service provided by Celbe was outstanding. He was knowledgeable about the product and assisted me with how to use the product. He helped me place the shingles on a wagon and also helped me load my trailer. Being a senior citizen this was invaluable. The assistance given to us by staff was amazing. They should all get acknowledgement on how awesome they are it is difficult to find such outstanding customer service. Thank you Bill & Mary Ann

The impact drill I originally came in for was readily available and easy to locate. The price however was $20 more than it said on the Home Depot website. I am not sure why this was the case, but it got me to spend the extra 40 for the impact/driver combo set. And man do the 20v brushless DeWalts deliver, well worth the purchase. I took the time to shop around while in the store, and received great customer service. Helpful and attentive store associates guided me to the other items I was seeking. They set me up with awesome items at a fair price, and had a sense of humor to make the customer feel welcome.

Great service today, apart from the horrible service I got from the tool rental guys. That was made up for by the exelent service from the pro loaders. They put a smile on my face and made sure I have everything I needed and loaded my truck fast and efficiently. Had a laugh with Pro Loader Caleb and a great discussion on football. Made my day.

Okay where do I even start? Best Home Depot experience of my life. I came in upset and unhappy and left with a huge smile. After having a helpful associate help me find something I could not find I was helped by pro loader Caleb C. He made sure everything I needed was there and not only that, he connected on a personal level and made sure I left with a smile. So hard to find great customer service like that these days. Such a great store expirence. I'm looking forward to my next trip to the home depot and hope to see some of these helpful and cheerful associates again!

The store is always clean when I come in and everyone is always so helpful and happy. I especially love the pro loaders Caleb and Doug. Caleb is always working hard and so happy to help with anything that is needed and Doug is very dedicated to his work and always lends a hand with the heavy stuff. Caleb is constantly smiling and asking questions, sharing stories and making sure I leave with a smile on my face. Great job guys!

The paint sale was amazing and the associate who helped us was kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and quick to get the paint we needed. We were in and out of the store with the materials we needed in 1/2 hr. or less.

I have been in this store so many times that I pretty much know where things are at in the electrical section.It is rare that I need to ask someone for help. Usually I look for my old friend Tom. When I can't find Tom , the others in that part of the store never fail to be just as helpful.

We made the mistake of going in on a Saturday to ask some questions about special order tile. Not only did we not get our questions answered, but the man working in this department with other customers sent us looking for the other employee from that department. He had 3 phones at his desk and could have paged for assistance. I eventually found an assistant manager and really appreciate her help, but she did not work in this department and was not familiar with the products or vendors and was shopping Home Depot online which I had already done at home. Not only did we leave there to go shop at Lowe's, but we also saw another couple who did the same thing we did. The man working in this department could have offered to make an appointment to help us at a different time or could have paged for help from another employee. The employees at Lowe's did.

The Loveland Depot Store is a short distance from my house and I usually shop monthly for something that is needed. Friday, September 4th I shopped for garden soil and mulch which was readily available outside the store. However, after I paid for my purchase and received my receipt, the cashier told me that there is only 1 employee on shift to load all purchases and that he was busy helping someone else with a sod purchase and that it might take a little while. I waited and a young man finally came running up to me from his last loading job and apologized that I had to wait so long for his assistance. He quickly loaded my 5 bags of Mulch and my Garden soil and I left. My concern is WHY WAS THERE ONLY ONE PERSON AVAILABLE TO LOAD CUSTOMERS PURCHASES in the morning of a Labor Day weekend sales event.

Brian was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made the buying experience easy and friendly.

Be sure to ask for Kayla in the paint department. She not only managed my large paint order of 25 gallons of various colors with ease, but she helped two associates who were obviously new to the department get their orders corrected and get their customers taken care of too.

They mostly have what I need. If not i will find it somewhere else

I have to say going to home depot was awesome experience. My husband found miracle grow dirt on sale. So I went in, couldn't find the right size bag. So I asked the outside person, they go maybe inside. So I walked in, the lady asked, if she could help me. Told her what I was looking for, she goes can u show me where u found it on our site. Sure I can. She asks, how many was u planning to get? 4-5 cubic feet. She goes since u found it on our site, I'm giving it to u for that price. I was like Wow, thanks. She goes can I help u with anything else today. I said no I just came for dirt. Most awesome, better then Wal-Mart. Best customer service yet. I'm always pleased when I leave there. Thank u home depot for makeing customer service awesome again!

The employees in this store are awesome and very helpful.

I enjoy coming in to this store, i find that all the associates help full and kind to us the older ones.

We moved to Loveland over a year ago, we are painting our entire home and have made multiple trips to this store for paint, every time I have purchased paint the person at the counter was great. I have purchased paint from other Home Depot stores over the years and have never had the entire paint department as knowledgeable, kind and overall helpfulness I have had at this store. I HIGHLY recommend buying your paint from this Home Depot.

Went looking for a kitchen sink and faucet. Great selection on the faucets. Associate told us about more sink options online and offered to help. Was in a little hurry so decline. Self check out went quick and smooth.

Purchased 2 storm doors and installation from Monty in the door and window department. Monty very helpful.

Multiple associates helped me with loading heavy items. Associates here are also more knowledgeable, more helpful, and more professional than those at Lowe's. The only negative is some of their landscaping material displays show a different color than what's in stock, supposedly from weathering of the displays over time.

Great staff which helped with getting the product off the shelf, helped me check out and lended a hand to help load the product onto my trailer. Very pleased.

We looked up a screwdriver online and found that our store did have it in stock. Went to pick up the screwdriver and found a few more things we hadn't thought of as we were walking around.
