While store had all the products we needed, they are not always easy to locate. Most associates know where to find items.

My boyfriend and I just bought a house which was built in the 60's (so we have a lot of work to do)! Home Depot has had everything we have needed to fix up our house just the way we wanted it! We will always shop at this location because of the wonderful service, cleanliness of the store, and the readily available stock they carry for all types of products!

I needed two boxes of gutter guards. They had one box not open and one box opened. I asked the associate if they would sell the opened box at the box price since it was complete. He directed me to the cashier who agreed to sell me the open box at the full box price rather than each piece separately. Great customer service!

I don't think I can describe my experience's & feelings about how wonderful it is to shop at this store. I feel like a valued customer & I am treated with the professional & polite manner. Not to slam Lowe's but when I get help from associates here, they seem to be more knowledgeable & if they don't know, they find someone who does & stays with me until that person arrives.

From the minute you walk in the doors, the greeter is smiling and ready to direct you to where you need to go! The store is organized and so clean. The associates are helpful and knowledgable. We were in and out and in awe along the way!!!!

The store is well-organized. Employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. Check-out is very efficient. I have purchased excellent appliances here and will return to tthis Home Depot again for home maintenance supplies and for my lawn care needs.

I was very dissatisfied with my experience at this store, I asked a cashier to please get me some help in the cooling and heating dept. 15 min later told her no one had come, she told me, he said he was coming and didn't try to call anyone else. Just want you to know I will not be back to this store, I will go to Lowes!!!!

Store was clean and the associates are helpful. They need more aisles that are clear of side stacks to make maneuvering easier with wide loads. Even the main light bulb aisle has a bunch of extra merchandise blocking the aisle. Buyer for plumbing needs to bring back 42" vanities and tops in stock(not special order)...big sellers in established neighborhoods. The newer vanity tops with the undermount sinks are difficult to clean because of the overhang of the top and the slope of the square sink cutout.

STORE WASNT REAL CLEAR WHEN OR IF I WOULD RECEIVE THE PRODUCT I ORDERED

I am like a kid in a candy store when I am in the Home Depot. I have a easy time finding the things I need and what I dream of doing

Wish someone there knew anything about products. Been there several times since we just moved here and no one is knowledgable. Discouraging.

I purchased an item a few months back & could not use it. I kept forgetting to take it with me on mt many return trips to the store. There were no problems & I was done with the transaction in less than 2 minutes.

I was just disappointed that service on a small motor on a metal weed eater would need to take 3 weeks to a month to accomplish.

Really enjoyable store. Triggers thoughts of many projects, if time only allowed. Always available and friendly staff.

Shopping was very convenient, wide open parking space, easy enterance, friendly employees, well organized c.products and kind guidance etc

Good selection of products in every department except lumber as the Home Depot seems to carry the lowest quality of framing and decking lumber. I will continue to buy all my home products at the Home Depot except for lumber which I buy at Lowe's.

Also to Maggie in the garden center who went the extra mile to find what I was looking for. It is without a doubt because of your staff and their help and expertise that I will always do my shopping at Home Depot

I was pleased to have such a positive experience when I was not sure what would be the best storm door to meet my needs. A very positive and helpful associate who guided me through the purchase.

I got the help I needed. Price was a liitle more expensive than I expected. But is served the purpose.

I frequent this store fairly often but on this particular day I was not in the greatest mood. I came in for one item and found it fairly quickly but I had a question for an associate. I walked around for awhile before I found someone but she was very friendly and directed me to the person who could answer my question. Jeff was so nice and knowledgeable! He took his time making sure that he answered all of my questions and wished me luck on my project. I headed to the self checkout and encountered yet another friendly associate who greeted me and wished me well. I left the store with a smile on my face after what had been a very difficult day. Thank you for the great experience!

Great help from store associates! Everyone was incredibly nice!!!Everything we needed for our remodel bathroom project.

My experience was a little on the slow side, since I ordered online & did a pick-up, quite a few associates couldn't locate my order / where the items were put. This is the second time I've used this feature & my previous one was about a 3 star rating. As for my title, I am disabled & in this case (order) it was nice to order, pay & pick-up vs. walking around all over the store, especially with a large lumber cart.

I got there late in the evening. It was pouring down rain. I thank God I made it. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and then lifted the tile out on to the truck that I had rented from Home Depot. I had to go there because no other store near by had this much tile.

I got good help in the garden area and the plants were great.

we were looking for new garden and flower plants. We visited 3 locations as Colorado had recently had a May freeze and many plants had suffered damage. This location had the freshest looking plants of the day.

I love spring time and getting ready for the summer with all my flowers and vegetables and lawn care. I always find what I'm looking for at this Home Depot here in Loveland and they stock most everything to keep my yard looking good and prices are reasonable.

I was able to find just what I wanted quickly. Even though it was inventory day, associates were still available, helpful and friendly!
