I was able to return material without a receipt, that I bought too much of 5 months ago. The associate was able to find it by the credit card I used to purchase it.

To start off, I placed a large order online to re-tile my bathroom shower. My order arrived for in store pick up or delivery. I paid to have the tile delivered to my house, and when I came outside to thank the delivery driver, I noticed there were broken tiles in the boxes. However, they were continuing to walk away until I said something to them. They delivery driver said to me, “that’s what the store gave us and they said that’s all they had, so it it what it is”. Long story short, I went to the Lebanon store and ended up at the Harrisburg store to get replacement tiles. Ruth was extremely helpful and went out of her way to right the wrong of 4 out of 5 broken boxes of tiles. There were no fill cases in the store at the Tim, but Ruth went out of her way to go through partially damaged boxes and create new boxes of unbroken tiles. I live in Lebanon but will drive the extra 20 minutes just to return to this location because of the positive experience I had with Ruth during this project. I have live in multiple states and done countless home projects and worked for a contracting company, Ruth is by far the most helpful Home Depot employee I’ve ever interacted with!

Sierra Phillips took care of getting my refund processed after waiting 3 weeks for IT to correct it. If not for Sierra's effort, this refund still would not have been taken care of. Thank you Sierra!

I had a major problem with an online order I placed and after several calls I decided to go to the store and Myra was amazing in getting the problem resolved! She as well as Linda who she talked with at the online order department were both professional and very courteous and friendly!

On a recent trip, I was greeted by an employee as soon as I entered the store and told exactly where to look for the product I was purchasing. When I got to that area, I cannot find a said product and another sales clerk, Terry, not only told me where to find it, but took me there and help me load it into my cart. He then showed me where his second item I was looking for was located, and loaded it onto another card as it was large. He pushed that second card out to my car and help me load the item into the back of my vehicle. I probably could have managed all that on my own, but he was very kind and having just had an injection in my back, I appreciated his help.

Jack was very helpful helping us load bags of mulch into the back of our truck. He was very helpful and a fun guy to be around. Thanks Jack!

I had to get a new extension cord for my outside decorating and realized walking in that I forgot my phone! How was I gonna be able to find an extension cord is that mammoth place? So I walked in a Jalen said “Hi” and I just asked him, “Do you know where the extension cords are?” Told him I forgot my phone. He pulled out his phone and a couple sections later, he said,”Aisle 44!” Go back aisle 1, turn, and they’ll be there! Very kind, very patient, so then I found immediately and took them back to him and paid him. Great employee!

AT THE SELF CHECKOUT, PATRICK WAS SO VERY HELPFUL. I DIDN'T KNOW IF I COULD USED A GIFT CARD AND WASN'T SURE HOW. HE NOT ONLY ASSURED ME THEY TAKE IT AT THE CHECKOUT BUT HE ALSO SCANNED ALL THE ITEMS FOR ME AND ASKED ME HOW I WANTED MY RECEIPT. HE WAS QUICK, THOROUGH AND VERY POLITE. I THANKED HIM AS HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND IN MY OPINION.

Bought many bags of mulch several times and garden center always gets somone to help load it. I have some physical problems.always friendly too.

Although I live closer to Home Depot on Derry St, I always opt to go to the Lower Paxton Home Depot. The staff is friendly and helpful. The Lower Paxton store is usually well stocked.

Super great early morning trip to this HomeDepot in Harrisburg. Jennifer in rugs was so helpful by finding me different ones that were not immediately apparent as options. I left with 2 bc of her customer service skills. O.J. helped me as well bc he alone out of 3 HD stores determined the bracket I was searching for had been discontinued. Finally I left with matching hardware brackets, thanks O.J.! Checkout store personnel and the Assistant Manager were also very friendly! What a pleasant experience.

I HAD TO EXCHANGE SOME LIGHT BULBS AND WAS UNSURE WHICH ONES TO REPLACE THEM WITH. LINDA AT THE FRONT DESK TOOK BACK THE ORIGINAL ONES AND ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP FINDING THE RIGHT ONES. SHE CONTACTED ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES IN THAT AREA, I THINK HIS NAME WAS TIM, WHO WAS FANTASTIC IN GETTING ME THE ONES I NEEDED. THANKS TO BOTH OF THESE CARING INDIVIDUALS.

I was running out of time and asked the staff Aisha for help. She in seconds told me the exact location for the items I was looking for. It saved my time and provided the items to friends at home within the time.
