It's just a great friendly well stocked store to shop in and I have knee and back problems and employees are always willing to assist me in loading heavy items in the back of my van or lumber onto my roof rack if necessary,

I highly recommend this store because of employee Lamar. This young man is exceptional! His product knowledge, communication skills, “Can Do” attitude and professionalism are fabulous and he elevates this store location. He expeditiously cut shelving for me, was incredibly informed about Defiant Locks and matching them, assisted further with Defiant corporate research of switching out old-sized deadbolts, helped me find screws for another project. This amazing young man is a leader who will elevate your store experience with old-school excellence!!! Lamar Leads!!! Ask for him! He deserves a promotion and makes this store a flagship!!

THIS HOME DEPOT IS WELL ORGANIZED, THE EMPLOYEE'S ARE VERY HELPFUL KNOWLEDHEABLE ABOUT YOUR VARIOUS PRODUCTS AND WHERE TO LOCATE THE ITEMS WE WERE SHOPPING FOR. WE TRAVELED 4O MILES TO GET TO THIS STORE AND SO THE VERY UNIQUE SPECIAL THING WE APPRECIATED WAS WHEN WE ASKED A FEMALE EMPLOYEE, WHO GETTING READYTO GO HOME FROM HER SHIFT, WHERE THE RESTROOMS WHERE SHE PERSONALLY TOOK MY HANDICAPPED WIFE AND I TO THE RESTROOM AREA. SHE MADE SURE THE WOMANS RESTROOM WAS CLEAN AND WAITED OUTSIDE IT UNTIL MY WIFE CAME OUT AND THEN WE TALKED TO EACH OTHER ABOUT OUR FAMILIES AND FOUND OUT THE EMPLOYEE WAS ALSO A VOLUNTEER EMT AT A LOCAL FIRE COMPANY.

Great store. Have always had a great experience at this store. This trip, Dave in Gardening was very helpful. Professional and courteous.

This store is always well organized and well stocked in the various products I’ve shopped for. Online shopping and picking up in store has been super easy, whether curbside service, using the kiosk lockers, or going to customer service. It’s not always easy to track down an employee to assist you when you have questions, but typically once you do, most are knowledgeable enough to answer you.

The service desk ladies were very helpful in getting my selection ordered. Thank you Tuba for taking extra time to take care of what I needed and the other employee too. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name.

Best Customer Service I have experienced at ANY retail store for MANY years ! In-Store employees Cora and Michelle and On-line Customer Service agent Tatiana were COMMITTED to helping with my purchase. These 3 ladies spent a combined total of 4 hours working with me to get me the product I needed. Throughout the process they were patient, pleasant, and, above all, proactive; seeking alternative ways to finalize the sale. THANK YOU LADIES !

The store was clean the service was great and the employees were very cordial it was easy finding the products,the help was great.

I was in the lumber department. Two associates came to help me. Very helpful. I'm a novice so their input was greatly appreciated. Alex was great, unfortunately I didn't get the other associates name. Check out, customer service also wonderful. Easy to find merchandise.

As usual, Home Depot goes the extra mile to accommodate their customers being helpful, friendly and courteous. If the salesperson whom you are talking to doesn't have the answer to your question, that salesperson will find some else who is more knowledgeable. The store is always clean as are the bathrooms which is saying a lot especially now with Covid. I had just bought a Magic Chef 5.0 chest freezer for my wife and my salesperson, Lisa was very helpful in that there was only one freezer left in stock. My wife wanted to see the freezer unboxed so, Lisa removed the box. My wife was satisfied and we bought the freezer. I picked up the freezer the following day and the box was put back on ready to be transported. One of their employees asked me if I needed assistance putting it in my car. I said sure. These are some of the reasons why I continue shopping at Home Depot.

THIS STORE IS ALWAYS WELL SUPPLIED WITH THE ITEMS I NEED. THERE IS ONE ASSOCIATE IN PARTICULAR WHO ALWAYS SEEMS TO BE ABLE TO HELP ME WHEN I NEED IT. HER 1ST NAME IS LINDA AND SHE WORKS IN THE FRONT OF THE STORE, CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE HAD TO SEEK HER HELP ON MANY OCCASIONS AND SHE IS ALWAYS WILLING TO GO THAT EXTRA MILE. I APPRECIATE HAVING SOMEONE FAMILIAR I CAN COUNT ON WHEN I NEED ANY HELP. THANKS LINDA!

Glad to see stock levels generally in good shape

Planned a trip around items that were in stock online to get to the store to find nothing was in stock! Had to wait over 40 minutes for help, even after a cashier called for me multiple times. I went to a competitor and bought my large order there. Home depot will not be my first choice in the future!

Cathy from appliances was EXTREMLEY rude, it was as if she didn’t want to be bothered to do her job. my girlfriend and I left and luckily stopped and got to talk with the manager Debby. she was so nice and accommodating. only because of her and the other employees did we actually spend the $4,200 on new appliances. Cathy honestly needs to be fired, I’m sure that we are not the only people to have a negative interaction with her. But again, because of the manager Debby and the rest of the employees that helped us out, we were able to get what we wanted. Thank you Debby and crew.

The cashiers were helpful when I couldn't find what I needed. They went above and beyond to actually walk me to the product and talk me through the different options.

I WAS LOOKING FOR A BATHROOM FAUCET THAT I SAW ON THE HOME DEPOT WEBSITE. UNFORTUNATELY I COULD NOT FIND IT SO I ASKED THE EMPLOYEE, BEN FOR HELP. HE WAS SO KIND, BENT DOWN ON HANDS AND KNEES AND FOUND THE ONE I NEEDED. THAT WAS AMAZING THAT HE KNEW TO LOOK THERE. THANK YOU BEN!
