I opened a new business, and found exactly what I was looking for in your store! Our new restaurant will look so perfect with the trim boards I purchased, and new bathroom vanity, and fin wall paper! So excited!

Ask 4 times for help on a nail gun and they just ignore me so I had to climb the shelf to get it my self and when the when I told them about it they said they where on there lunch break

We've been busy with move in and move out projects the last couple of months. The folks at the Customer Service counter have been outstanding, especially Lucy and most especially Sonia.

Was gonna buy a few fruit trees but they had a sale sign and didn’t honor that price for me so had to leave them. Just had to go buy them with your competitor store

Service and support staff were exceptional

I just purchased a gas John Deere Lawn mower. It took over an hour of customer service because it was the last one they had znd it said sold. Sonia the csr was calling all the other stores trying to find if they had one. Angie started looking in back of warehouse in cage. Finally they found one and I bought it and then I also bought the grass catcher. These girls wen above and beyond. They could have said the ladt one is sold. And left it at that. I cant express how grateful I am to these ladies for helping me beyond the call of duty.

This store and employees have improved greatly. The lady several times I have been there most are extremely helpful and friendly. As of early morning March 2024 seemed like plenty of employees on duty too.

Every time I go into the Madera HomeDepot it is clean and tidy. Yes there are millions of things all over the place, but they are neat and tidy, not messy.

Since we have been going there since '14, we know several of the employees which makes it nice.

In my opinion the 1088 Madera Home Depot is better to shop at for my needs than the Fresno and Clovis stores. Madera is better overall. I live close to Fresno and Clovis Home Depot and I don't shop at either. I prefer to always drive out of my way and shop at the Madera Home Depot location for all my work supplies.

I like to patronize stores that are community minded and support the efforts of others without having to jump through a bunch of hoops.

When I need a tool the have what I need

I really do enjoy this store I can always find someone willing to help me.

Some people just really take the time to help you and know what you’re looking for

I buy construction materials and when I have questions there’s always someone available to help. Also the service desk is always hussleling getting customers in and out so that they don’t wait too long.

We have the opportunity to shop at several HD stores and other home improvement stores from Merced to Fresno. We find that the Madera store is always better organized, cleaner, and more attentive to customers. Always has been a better shopping experience.

I bought a Ryobi belt sander and it broke while I was using it. I got it replaced easily

My experience at home depot has always been great every time I go to home depot great customer service employees very knowledgeable at there job.someone is alway asking if I need help or have any questions. That's why I always go to my local home depot for all my house needs..thank you home depot for all your help that's what keeps me going back to home depot..☆☆☆☆☆in my eyes ..

The store has everything I need for home improvement. Employees are approachable and helpful.

Very helpful with getting me the right tools or building materials. With no lag and very friendly . store is always with stocked shelves. The round up sprayer worked like a charm

Mr Rick in the plumbing department is very helpful, courteous, and always willing to share his knowledge. He is by far the best employee in his store!

The Madera HD has hired young people who have experience in the Construction Trades like Sergio Soto. They have an All Star working in the Lumber Dept. in Alex Cuen. Both of them were in Construction job training programs and have real world experience. On the flip side, they need to expand their Concrete Tool section to include poles and adapters. Good job HD Madera.

I received excellent help from Rick, Mimo, and Phillip. They were very helpful and patient with me. I look forward to my next shopping visit, at my local Home Depot.
