I went in to order a clothes dryer and and Frank who did the order for me was great. He reviewed everything that l would need with it and set up delivery. I had lost my Home Depot card and had to check out at the customer service desk. James helped me with the checkout and he was also wonderful. Whenever l go into the Manchester NH store l always receive great customer service.

I bought windows and loved them

Purchase was damaged. When I saw the box was open I should have known better. The Return staff should insect for damage before putting things back on a shelf. over $170 waisted

The men who delivered are dryer where fast and helpful. Keep them there excellent.

I purchased 10 bags of Morton salt 40lb each on 7/13/25 @ 5pm, and after requesting help to put it into my vehicle no one showed up to help.. Three or four young muscular guys just walked by. I then went to front desk and had them reimburse my debit carg

Terrible. Promised a delivery on 7/8. After calling to confirm everything was set and told yes I then received a text that it was rescheduled to 7/12. I have medication that needs to be refrigerated. Totally unacceptable.

I bought 4 sacks of gravels that was excellent quality

I love going in buying stuff then have to check my self out when there are people standing around on there phones getting paid to do nothing .Maybe I should apply to get paid to do nothing

Just bought a GE air conditioner. Good price and plenty available in store. Also 24 bags of cedar mulch.

I was able to get in and out quickly and get back to the job.

Young man/woman in lawn and garden with the great hair, went above and beyond!! was very personable definitely enjoyed my experience.

People that steal drive up cost. Loss prevention should be priority

For a supply chain that has the motto Lets do this You quickly realize the scam trying to buy carpet when they force you to use their installers! Unless you buy the cheap carpet off the rolls they force you to use their installers!

I can easily find the products I need at a great price. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Just trying to get help every time I’m in there

Manchester is a very good store. Well stocked most of the time and the sales people are helpful and informative. I like the fact that even on a busy Saturday afternoon I can get in and get rung out nice and quick. The lines can be reasonably long, but they do a good job at keeping things moving.

Joe Milot helped me with a custom storm door order. He was intelligent, kind, and personable. He handled in person customers and on the phone orders with aplomb. He reflects great credit upon himself, his profession, and Home Depot. Well Done!

I shop here all the time. Home improvement stuff, garden stuff, wood, paint, etc!

Home Depot is scrapping the bottom of the barrel with their employees at this store. The only customer service person on duty could hardly speak ENGLISH and did not even know what a sponge was!!! The clerk at self check out was rude and dismissive and the "SPECIALIST" in plumbing and electrical did not know crap from a good grade of applesauce. I understand that the labor market is slim BUT Home Depot should insure that their employees have basic skills and speak ENGLISH!!!

In Home Depot there are many employees willing to assist you in finding an item or giving you advice when requested. My only concern is in the parking lot. I’ve seen a used needle on the ground - employee did remove it. Parking lot monitoring could be improved.

The only store that has an indoor and outdoor garden section

Any time we go to home depot in Manchester, the employees are always there to make us feel like we are welcome and find whst we need fast

It's the great store and great location employees are so helpful and make you feel like your family and they should receive some rewards for there excellent in customer service

Had what I needed. Different layout than I am used to, but I liked it

My wife is taking me through the process of enlarging her chicken coop, enclosement etc. So, as she changes her mind, I travel to the Manchester Home Depot to make her wishes come true. The people there are knowledgeable, friendly, and always helping me to complete a job. I never have to wait more than a few minutes to checkout. Come see what I mean!!

Not uncommon for a staff person to come and ask if you need assistance.
