Sometimes it's difficulft to get assistance when looking for an item(s). However, when I speak with an store associate, they are friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.

All women working on checkout are so in to their conversations.

Saw some products online, went in-store to purchase and they were all much more expensive. Was told there's nothing that can be done. Nothing says on the product online that's it's an online only price. Very mad.

Aways helpful and friendly, if they don't have the answer they will find someone who does. Claire at the return desk is a top notch team member!!!

Bought all my appliances from Home Depot but delivery/installation was a subpar. Went to Manchester location spoke with customer service “Nicole” and she rocked it. Fixed every issue while continuing to be positive and legitimately concerned. WoW customer service is alive and well at the Home Depot. Thank you Nicole

Rocio was a great when I needed a price check and offered to go to the service desk to check out. And when I did, she was efficient and friendly!

Karen back in the paint department went above and beyond to help me get everything I could possibly need for my project! She was so fantastic and overall just awesome! Will be back to get more supplies for the other rooms I'm painting!

Worst customer service I have ever had anywhere. Asked for an employee to help find an item that said had 33 in inventory. The employee couldn't find it and said he will get someone else to help. This employee left the building and went home without ever asking another employee to help. Extremely unprofessional.

When you live with autism, it can be overwhelming to go into stores where things are unfamiliar. To get an idea of what dryer I might purchase later on, I was only going to get a brief impression of it. I usually take a bit of time to think through my options before making a decision. There was something different about this time at Homedepot, and I know it's all thanks to Bob. It was great to be taken care of by Bob, he made me feel like a person and not a wallet, and he gave me the freedom to look around and ask questions as I saw fit. My experience with Bob was never the same as what a woman would experience at a dealership. Bob was polite and helpful and let me decide what was the best option for me based on his information. Ultimately, I bought a dryer that day, and it turned out to be the best decision I've ever made. I'm so happy with my new dryer!

Today was the first time I’ve been able to go in public since my 7year old grandson was murdered Jaevion Riley (pray for justice please) the employee Michael was beyond busy so I grabbed his attention and asked whenever he had time to help. He was so helpful to everyone before me and my panic attack went to general anxiety because he was just so kind. It came to my turn and he was so so so patient with me and I was not expecting to be able to wait since I suffer from agoraphobia and it’s very difficult to be in public. My son was with me he’s 12 and I was so glad he was there to with Jess the exceptional customer service and 100% kind mans attitude towards helping. The world is so unkind. Thank you Michael at the Manchester NH store!! For doing me a “solid” you really have no idea what you did by just doing what you do!! Don’t ever change!! I appreciate you! I returned some incorrect parts for my Ryobi Weed wacker and found the proper parts with the help of an associate. The parts were not obviously placed, but the associate found them after a short search.

No other stores had an item in stock. Josef at Manchester NH Home Depot assisted on the phone to confirm product in stock and met me in his department to make sure I received the last one in stock. Over & above my expectations.

I have shopped many stores for products and services use for home improvement or work-related tasks. When it comes to product availability and customer service, The Home Depot has always delivered. Inventory isn’t an issue most of the time, and no matter the issue they’re willing and able to make sure what my needs are met. The people who work for this company make this company great. Approachable, knowledgeable, and professional are the words I would use to describe this review. Thank you!

Just bought a washer and the sales rep Bob was awesome. He is very knowledgeable, very helpful.

If you choose to shop at Home Depot don't bother with this store. A recent stove purchase with the sales clerk was disappointing, not to mention the stove was damaged after two deliveries. The wrong item in the bay. A more expensive item in the bay. This is also a small store compared to any of the closest stores. Don't waste your time here.

I went into Home Depot in Manchester looking for a new washer and Chris and Andrea were right there to greet me and make my buying experience so easy and friendly. They made me laugh, smile, and feel so confident in my purchase. These two should be teaching classes on customer service and I appreciate them soooo much. I can’t wait until another appliance in my house breaks so I can go back and visit them. Slay queens.

I made it to self check out with about half of what I needed me being short on patients as usual at the self check out aisle. I ran into Janice and she helped me find the rest of what I needed and also help me apply for a Home Depot card that saved me quite a bit of money and it will not be forgotten soon. I don’t usually write reviews but I got to say Janice at Home Depot Turns me toward Home Depot over any other home appliance store.

Super great people and easy to work with !

No registers worked by any human and only 4 self checkouts opened, monitored by two rude employees.

This store is one of the worst home depot stores. I have dealt with very few associates that are helpful. Majority just look away to avoid eye contact/questions. There are only a few I can depended on for answers. Most of the time I tell them where things are.

Josh in the Lumber Dept. was awesome! Greeted me, helped me select lumber, offered me the Home Depot Credit Card, loaded me up and gave me a great tip about how to install the deck boards
