Such an enjoyable experience!
I live about 3 blocks away from this location and visit pretty often.. tonight I went in to buy plants and herbs for my work rooftop. I recently strained my back so couldn’t really carry anything but the girl at the front desk I believe her name was Luna was amazing!!!! She helped me pick out everything I needed and was quick and made my shopping experience that much more enjoyable . Thank you Luna, you were so sweet. As someone who works in retail , quick and efficient service is all I’m looking for. Thank you again.

          Why Order On Line?
Ordering on line for pickup is a waste of time. . Employees are not there to fill your order . Service is awful

              Amazing employees
I came in at the last minute looking for numerous supplies. Every employee I worked with (about 9-12 in all) were ALL super friendly and helpful. Each one went out of their way to help me find what I needed and gave helpful Advice. I didn’t realize they were closing until the lights in the lighting department went out and an announcement was made over the loudspeakers. Even AFTER that, they were all willing to help me get what I needed, even items AFTER I checked out my first purchase and realized I forgot something. The employees here made the trip worth it and would be worth commenting from Brooklyn where I live to have this experience again

                    Rude cashier
Charles is very rude and unprofessional. If Homedepot wants to lose clients just keep Charles the cashier working there.
