Overall great and easy to use. Location is easy access to where I live and usually has what i am looking for in stock. I only gave 4 stars because the Natick store garden center is amazing.

just because there was one GROUCHY employee dosn't mean i wont be back. i like the home depot

The staff at this store are knowledgeable, friendly and expedient. The cashiers are fast and courteous (especially Vin and Heidi). The aisles are clear and clutter-free and I found all the items/lumber I needed for my projects. i'm glad I was able to pick clean and straight lumber. Good job!!

The store is always clean and your employees are very nice to deal with. I would like to specifically mention a new cashier you have there, his name is Nick, very friendly and polite.

Great store, awesome staff. I still remember some people who helped me on my last visit, such as Huy, Ann, Patrick. They were such a great help to me. Friendly and professional customer service, they've made me feel really comfortable.

the employees upto checkout was great. im in there all the time and they are the same.

I always have great experiences every time I shop here. The people are great and if I ever cannot find what I'm looking for they make sure I can either at their store or another.

Thanks home depot for carrying my spring gardening needs. I routinely shop sundry bulk items and its great you carry the name brands I use for the house. Also, the Marlborough Store now has a bathroom on the gardening side entrance thank you! Employees always approach me to ask if I need help locating an item.

Do not buy appliances from this store unless you want to install it yourself. We purchased an refrigerator and slide-in stove, along with installation. In both cases the installation failed. In the case of the fridge, the water leaked (they did not have the correct adaptor), in the case of the stove, the installer did not show up. The installation company was rude about rebooking the appointment which they messed up (treated us like we were an inconvenience, even though it was their installer who did not show - even suggesting we do it ourselves despite us paying them).

GOOD PEOPLE AND VERY FRIENDLY

I no not do this sort of shopping very often, but I have always found the associates at this particular store to be friendly and helpful. The same was true today. The cashier (Timothy) was especially friendly and seemed personally disappointed that I wasn't in a position to open a Home Depot charge account today. He cared about my losing the discount I could have had. (He understood when I explained that I have a security freeze on my credit accounts.)

GREAT STORE WITH MANY GOOD EMPLOYEES.

The smoking tray is at your entrance allowing all smokers to use it. Including your employees. Bad sign. I like to take my kid to your store, take her away from her world and dip her into mine. I'm there 4 times per week minimum. I was expecting better example to society. Don't fire no one on mine account. Move the smoke tray away from entrances. Most of us are unaddicted. Let keep it clean.

I like the fact dogs are allowed into the building. The employees are courteous and friendly but you need a few more bodies in the aisles. I did not need help but when I did on previous visits help was hard to find. I get tired waiting for my son to finish shopping. A seat up front would be great.

Always go there since I live close and it always has what I need. People are nice.

Do you need an appliance? Go see Dave Phillips at this location. He is an expert.

Great store,,, knowledgeable staff and friendly service. A really good place to visit no matter what you need. Biggest thing I bought there was an Areans 28 " snowblower with electric start and it's a great starter,,, no battery to die right when you need it. Just plug it in to an outlet, prime and push the button and away goes snow. Wonderful product for MA and I love to use it. BTW I am 72!

They were great and very helpful unlike the Worcester location. You should really update the system online and in-store of products that are in stock.

This is one of the easiest Home Depot stores to get in and out of with what you need. Associates are knowledgeable about products and services they offer!
