This store does not have as large of inventory as other Home Depot locations, but the staff are VERY helpful, especially at the Pro desk and will do whatever they can to provide customer experience that is far superior to other stores.

Store is clean, products easy to find. Could use a little more help though.

The associates throughout the store were friendly and helpful. The store itself was neat and clean and checkout was efficient. It is not the nearest location to me but worth the longer drive for the service and ease.

this is THE GOOD HOME DEPOT!! i live closer to 2 other home depot stores but i prefer to go to this one!

The Broomall had what I was looking for. I was greeted in the isle by a Home Depot employee who asked if they could help me. Very friendly staff.

MJ, the cashier at the time I was there, was so helpful. Got me a box for my tile pieces instead of a bag which was very appreciative.

I've shopped on a regular basis at this Home Depot for 5-6 years. The employees are helpful, and over the years have gotten even better so kudos to whovever hires folks here. Even though this is one of the smaller sized Home Depots, I've always been able to find anything I need in stock though I do wish they stocked more tongue and groove products as it seems like I always have projects where theyre needed.

Great selection. Salespeople are more willing to help than other stores but don't get it confused... Nobody is asking if they can help you.

An employee named Jack provided exceptional service! At first it seemed like the store was sold out of snow shovels, but Jack went above and beyond to help us look and eventually found a snow shovel we could buy! Thank you Jack

There is always someone is an the aisles willing to help. The cashiers are very nice, and the store always have what I've come to buy

The store is well stocked,clean and orderly! The employees that dealt with me were exemplary and are excellent examples to others....friendly but also knowledgeable!!! If you need any help in planning/ordering items for kitchens,bathrooms etc. remodeling..Billy Jo is definitely the employee to ask for....she is amazing!!!

The staff are always willing to help. An employee saw me getting some wood in lumber and started helping, then found out he was from electrical.

As far as staff is concerned, this Home Depot has the most friendly and helpful staff out of any of them. It is a smaller store so it doesn't always have every single item. Check online before you go to the store. It's clear management has set a good culture for assisting customers at this store.

Your store should be complemented for having employees that help customers go beyond their thinking.

The Broomall Home Depot is the place to go for everything, employees are very helpful and they try to make the shopping experience fun and friendly. I get my Christmas Tree there every year and the garden center is always well stocked and organized.

The store employees are very helpful and more so than our other similar store by another name.
