I've shopped on a regular basis at this Home Depot for 5-6 years. The employees are helpful, and over the years have gotten even better so kudos to whovever hires folks here. Even though this is one of the smaller sized Home Depots, I've always been able to find anything I need in stock though I do wish they stocked more tongue and groove products as it seems like I always have projects where theyre needed.

Found everything that I needed with some help. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ .I was a independent bread man for 40 plus yrs, never missed a day, every day was Christmas to me to keep my spirit alive , If you keep your employees in this spirit all year around, your customers will love to shop in your store.Play some seasonal music in store, times r tough this will bring joy in the heart of people,

Great selection. Salespeople are more willing to help than other stores but don't get it confused... Nobody is asking if they can help you.

An employee named Jack provided exceptional service! At first it seemed like the store was sold out of snow shovels, but Jack went above and beyond to help us look and eventually found a snow shovel we could buy! Thank you Jack

There is always someone is an the aisles willing to help. The cashiers are very nice, and the store always have what I've come to buy

The store is well stocked,clean and orderly! The employees that dealt with me were exemplary and are excellent examples to others....friendly but also knowledgeable!!! If you need any help in planning/ordering items for kitchens,bathrooms etc. remodeling..Billy Jo is definitely the employee to ask for....she is amazing!!!

The staff are always willing to help. An employee saw me getting some wood in lumber and started helping, then found out he was from electrical.

As far as staff is concerned, this Home Depot has the most friendly and helpful staff out of any of them. It is a smaller store so it doesn't always have every single item. Check online before you go to the store. It's clear management has set a good culture for assisting customers at this store.

Your store should be complemented for having employees that help customers go beyond their thinking.

The Broomall Home Depot is the place to go for everything, employees are very helpful and they try to make the shopping experience fun and friendly. I get my Christmas Tree there every year and the garden center is always well stocked and organized.

This review is for the people who devised the SURVEY. There are several questions about how the employees were. There is no option for N/A. I can tell you as a professional survey writer this needs to be added. Many customers come in, get their stuff and use self checkout. There is no interaction with associates or Customer Service.

The store is my go to for everything. I was amazed at the help and knowledge I received from Michael in Electrical and Donna at checkout. The store was clean and more importantly I felt safe (Covid). It was a pleasure doing business at Marple Home Depot

By far the best Home Depot..Most of the time I need some guidance by the pros there and they are always patient with my many questions. Dan K the manager is always super nice and very knowledgeable. So grateful to have a solid Home Depot in the area. I pass by the other big box store and go out of my way to come to the Marple store because they have everything and it’s always a smooth process finding what I need and checking out. Great customer service.

Always frustrated when I leave this store. They never have what I need and they have no customer service. Went to get 2 propane tanks. The "Tank Swap" area looks like an abandoned grave yard with a broken kiosk and discarded tanks everywhere (and this is their store front). You cannot do the self serve as the kiosk does not work. Had to wait in line at customer service to purchase the tanks. Went outside to get them and the kiosk is still not working and no one to assist. Went back in and waited in line again. The girl at the desk called for assistance. No one came. I was told she could "give me a refund" but could not help me(there were a number of HD employees standing around doing nothing but no one could help me). Asked if there was a manager and was told no. I was unable to get my tanks because they had no one to unlock the tanks. Pathetic customer service and once again left without what I needed and feeling more than frustrated. The Marple HD is the worst HD anywhere. I avoid it at all cost when I can.

What a GREAT Clean store. In these uncertain times of Covid, these employee still go the extra mile for their customers. They do it with a smile on their face, under their masks. The managers, customer service, cashiers, seasonal, and all the others are always available.

the employees in the aisles of this store were great. Unfortunately the person who checked us out obviously had better things to do as she was more focused on her phone than us. In fact, she didn't say a single word to us. Terrible check out experience.

I shop this store often! Weekly at least, and usually everyone is pleasant enough, but today the checkout staff member Jeanette went above and beyond! It helps after a hard day, when you know a store is closing, and expect to be greeted with aloofness at best, to find someone chipper and happy to help! My only issue is that sometimes I wish this store was bigger!

I had a great experience in the Garden department. Customer Associate, Peter, was pleasant, cheerful, kind, helpful, and friendly. He made my shopping experience very positive and enjoyable. Super customer service!
