I often have to pick up items in the loading area and almost every time I find myself having to wait or maneuver around parked vehicles of people shopping in the store while using the loading area as a parking place. Would like you all to fix this. When I shop at Lowe's, I don't find this problem.

Associates were nice and products needed were available.

Very clean and well laid out store, Lots of inventory on hand.

The associates always have a friendly and welcoming attitude which makes our shopping experience a positive one and I am not made to feel like I'm bothering them when we ask for their help.

I can say I know the store quite well yet any time I have needed help Kevin from electrical dept has great overall store knowledge and the people at the front desk as well as cashiers are very very courteous and pleasant . Front desk has been extremely helpful when I have had any problems . Thank You all.

My Wife and I are renovating our kitchen and found Home Depot's Designer Jim Shatraw very knowledgeable and patient as he made suggestions and helped us get the kitchen we dreamed of and at a great price. Thank's Jim!

isles cluttered with stairs and goods making it impassable. Vinyl fencing is a different style than I purchased 2 years ago. No match and no parts as new fencing is sold as a complete package making it not piratical to customize to other lengths or fits.

shopped for replacement window. associate assisted and special order was done with ease.

I find the people at the front desk very courteous and helpful , Elect dept mngr Kevin seems to have an excellent overall store knowledge ! A go to guy

Actually some of your floor people around ceramic tile area were very rude !! The best help I have found is in other areas but especially the front desk .

with the help of the store associates knowledge and the availability of products, i was able to turn an old farm house into a home for me and my kids. thank you home depot for making my life better.

I would like to publicly "Thank" Cliff in flooring. I had such a hard time deciding on flooring for 5 rooms in my home. At least three times we picked something, only to not like it when we got home and returned it. That man has the patience of a Saint! Thanks to his time and patience all the floors look fantastic. We are seriously considering moving to the second floor that has 4 bdrms and a bath, poor Cliff!

We were looking for a standing model air conditioner. The one we wanted was sold out on the floor. The young man working in that area, checked stock and got us one from out back. He even helped us out to the car with it. (I'm sorry I did't get his name.) We were very pleased with all the help. Thank You.

I shop here all the time. I bought an old home built in 1900 and it seems everytime I go to this home depot the associates and others go out of their way and/or stop what their doing to help me find and load the materials i need.
