What an incredible staff! Every employee I came in contact with was gracious. Demonstrating the sliding glass doors was helpful. The garden section was developing, the staff person was so enthusiastic and into the plants that it seems like she really loves her work. Another associate took me right to the products I purchased that day.

Enjoyed my visit to garden center and the very helpful associate there. Love to trade gardening information and browse for ideas. I was just browsing to see what is new for spring, associate very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I enjoy being treated like I'm having coffee with a friend while shopping. This associate is very positive and speaks encouragingly, for example the grill that I came to see if they still had was sold and she very encouragingly said that since it was sold maybe that grill wasn't for me and that a better one lies ahead. I loved it. Thank you

Store was very well stocked. What we didn't have enough of, the associate found in another store and had it brought to Massena the next day. Our experience with flooring has been wonderful. Chris was not only helpful, but very knowledgeable about tile flooring and worked with us extensively to ensure we received the best price and all the materials needed to tile our entire house. Then Chris and another associate helped us with the tiles for the shower and I have been amazed how much knowledge they have about water proofing the walls and what tiles are best for the wet floor. All of the associates at this store have been very professional and friendly. My husband and I were so impressed by their willingness to find what we needed and the time they spent with us.
