I've been renovating an old house in waddington and have probably spent well over 25K over the last year at your store. When locating the items by Aisle and Bay numbers I find it hard to locate the Bay numbers. Would be nice if the Bay numbers would be larger to make them easier to locate.

I visit many home depot stores and the staff at the Massena, NY store is the best. They are helpful, professional and dedicated. Other home depot stores that I have visited do not have the attitude of this store. This store does not have employees huddled together socializing, or on their cell phone while I wait to ask them a question and they don't act like I am inconveniencing them. THIS IS MY PREFERRED HOME DEPOT TO SHOP AT.

i went to home depot and it was easy to find what i was looking for and the associates were there if i need them and were really helpful and polite and the prices weren't really all to bad

Stopped in for flowers and bags of potting dirt. I didn't have to wait for any help or to be cashed out.

I purchased paint samples to determine which colors to buy and the associate showed me the package with testing sheets. These are awesome and came in very handy. Saved me a lot of money and time.

I had a great cashier named Natashia help me out, from the time i called the store, to the time i left the store with my problem fixed. Its nice to see that some people actually care about customers.

The isles are very cluttered which makes it difficult to find exactly what you're looking for. It's difficult to find associates for help and when you do, they tell you its not their department and they don't know much about what you're asking. The checkouts are usually busy so the wait can be rather long. On the other hand, they have fairly up to date products, if you already know what you want to get, then they'll usually carry what you need.

I live in Canada, but I make a weekly visit to the Massena store. Very good place to shop.

Ordered a single item on line. Three days later received a text from Home Depot that my item had arrived in the local store. When I arrived at the service desk for order pick up, having my paperwork in hand, I was greeted quickly. The associate then responded promptly to locate and collect my order. I only waited a few minutes and my order was processed and in hand.

The employees at this store are very knowledgeable, and super helpful.Special recognition should be given to Shiela, the cashier at the contractor checkout. She is super helpful.

I was looking for a heavy duty hose reel. The plastic ones I have are not durable enough to handle 100' of hose. Found a metal one here.

While shopping for flooring and carpeting we only had a small budget and the sales man was of exceptional help. He saved us around $300.00 with all of his new suggestions. Example this under padding is more economical and stronger for your flooring needs. We loved and appreciated his personal help. Thank you Home Depot for hiring such special caring staff.

GREAT customer service keeps me coming back. Amanda is a great assent to Home Depot. She goes out of her way to make sure I found everything then take the extra mile to find the item I need if I have not found it. None of the fake stuff of just point in the direction. She will find the item for me. She completes the total satisfaction of shopping at Home Depot. Her attitude is pure customer service. It make me feel good to shop and to come back and spend more money. I will NEVER go back to shop at Lowes with Amanda being at Home Depot.
