Everything was wonderful. Specially good were your employees today, who install my new refrigerator and take the old one to my front yard. I am very grateful to them.

Had the potting soil I was looking for, in and out in less than 5 min

I ordered on-line. When I went to pick up the product as I put it in my truck I realized they gave be a broken bag of cement. They wrapped part of it in clear tape, but when I laid it in my trunk a bunch of powder flew up. They use on-line orders to get rid of their defective products,

I was working with Tabitha on a project. She not only answered all of my questions, but found other products I needed for success! She is an asset to this store!!

I identified a couple of items online that I wanted. They were not available in the store but Customer Service ordered them for me. Very nice service!

Do not trust store management

Bought a kitchen sink on the Home Depot thier website. First one was badly damaged,(shipped to store). second one was damaged also (shipped to home). Second one had a bent flange and a small crack, was able to straighten it enough to make it work.

The store was clean and well stocked.

Happy for the large selection and fair prices. High quality items in diverse fields.

We broke a sink a couple of times, with things dropping in the basin from our cupboard, so we've replaced a Kohler brand. I'm glad that Home Depot has great business relationships with local companies here in Chicago. We found a matching pedestal thanks to a friendly sales associate who helped us find a phone number to order the part we needed.

I really enjoy shooing at the McHenry store, not so much at the Crystal Lake store. McHenry has for the most part very friendly staff and accommodating. Devon, Nicole, Jamie, Heaven, Matt, Andrew, John, Don, Dan, just to name a few.

Home Depot personnel worked hard to solve computer problems so I could complete my carpet purchase.

I am an older, disabled female with mobility issues and it's hard for me to get around and I usually hate having to ride around a large store for hours trying to find everything that I need, it's exhausting and frustrating. The employees at this Home Depot immediately came to me when I walked into the store greeting me and asking me if I needed assistance. They were very helpful and got me in and out of the store very quickly with everything that I needed making for a very pleasant overall experience! I will definitely be driving way out of my way to go back to this store in the future! * The reason I went to this store in the first place, being that it was a bit of a drive to get to, is because my son lives pretty much right across the street and he was meeting me there to help me.

Charger for a USB device was found in an unbelievable place--- it was located in garden. Why in the world would they not have it in tools which seems more likely

Store is always clean and stocked. Employees seem to like helping the customers.

Bought a tool box and forgot I had a coupon in my email. Went back the following day with the coupon and they returned and I rebought it with the coupon. Definitely great customer service at the Mchenry IL location.

I was desperate to find/purchase Lifeproof flooring and Manny went Above and Beyond for several days to assist and finalize my search! If he said he was going to call back, he did. His follow through was something you just don't come across these days. I am waiting for my shipment, but I'm sure everything will be fine. I also have to give kudos to Nicole who assisted before Manny's shift started. Usually someone says, "He's not in, I'll have him call you back". Instead, she said, "I see his notes, how can I help you?" And then Manny still called to complete the process. GREAT Customer Service!

I was thankful for this reps helping to put my purchase items in my car . They are always very thoughtful when customers have difficulty pushing their cards and they ask if you need help uploading stuff I your car . Thanks to the young man who helped on Sunday at 4pm . I forgot to get his name . Happy holidays

See problem for "trick of treat" may call it a bait and switch but putting glow sticks in a "Trick of Treat" bucket and then charging my young grandson for the 'treat' --just not fair

I had a stroke and cannot lift things up into my truck as well as I used to. I went to McHenry Home Depot and needed over 10 40lb bags of soil. Even though they have already taken down the drive up area to load the bags - the guys in Garden still took very good care of me with a smile. They loaded the soil onto a flat bed cart, and then brought it out to the truck and loaded it up for me. I still had to unload it at home, but they saved me so much energy. AND I didnt get an attitude from them, they were HAPPY to help me.

I make many purchases at the store but sometimes wish the reps were a bit more helpful. I try to shop locally in every circumstance so all our stores thrive in our community but sometimes I need to shop elsewhere to get what I need or get the best price and utilize my military discount. Home Depot gives the discount but only on certain items. I think it should be on everything across the board. The blank check I wrote for my life when I served did not have any restrictions attached to it, enjoy your freedom.

I wandered the store looking for a hand-pump pressure sprayer. Not a single employee asked me if they could help. Out of a half dozen, most refused eye contact to iniate a conversation or beelined to wherever they wanted to go as to not be interrupted by me. I had fun with this to show my 9 and 11 year old daughters who were there with me to teach them what not to expect or do themselves. I'd say, "Watch this. Papa is Going to try to ask for help, and the employee will act as if we dont exist" If you won't expect your employees to offer basic customer service, do one of two things: Replace employees with robots, or provide the location of items in-store on your homs depot application. Instead your customers are treated poorly, and a 2-minute shopping trip takes fifteen minutes wandering the store while employees scatter or refuse to acknowledge you. I could have yelled excuse me or been rude to insist on help, but I, myself, have good manners and decorum I won't breach just to get my way. It's frustrating to play by the rules when others don't. Why doesn't management expect employees to greet customers at a minimum like they used to before covid trained us how to still be good consumers, but to expect the absolute minimum service in return. I'd go further to say that this is a management or corporate issue, where these employees were dealing with a long list of tasks that did not allow the time to vere off-task for even a moment. Things are not going to get better until we demand the service we are entitled to as customers and remember to care for each other again.
