Tried to buy a fridge online. Found the options too overwhelming. Went into the store and was helped out tremendously by all the associates. Very pleased with the experience. Was even told that if I came in the next day I could take advantage of two sales. Which I did and saved a lot of money. Thanks.

Assistance of staff is nearly impossible. They are busy helping other customers, with several in line next. They are frequently helping people in other aisles. Rather than highering more people purchase electronic help stations for customers to find their own needs.

Esgar at the pro desk, and Terrel the material loader are a asset to the contractors who shop there

The customer service at this store was amazing. We had so many employees say hello, ask to help and were actually knowledgeable. We didn't get told "we don't work in this department" like we so often get from the Elk Grove location. We will be driving the extra few miles to go back to this store!

I was able to find knowledgable sales staff quickly who pointed me in the right direction twice during this visit. The staff at the return counter were fast and efficient. Sushila, the cashier who helped me, was friendly, accurate and efficient as well. Thank you to all.

My associate Nancy NXL 1629 was cheerful and helpful as was someone who helped me as soon as I came into the store when he saw me reaching for an item, and wished me a great day, which cheered me to hear since I just had a death in my family the day before and am feeling down and sad, so those small gestures of both your employees brightened my otherwise sad day.

I went in to purchase a new refrigerator after mine broke, and we had a wonderful experience. A knowledgeable staff person in appliances, Christina, greeted us right away and said she was finishing something up and would be right with us. We let her know we'd be in the refrigerator section and another staff person came over to let us know Christina would be right with us and gave us information about reading the tags and measuring for our space in the meantime. After Christina returned, she helped us find a great fridge that met all of my needs and was on sale! Since the delivery could not be made for a week, she understood if we wanted to shop around and let us know their store hours if we decided to return. Then she mentioned that they did have mini freezers and fridges on sale if we were interested. As someone who is always running out of freezer space, it seemed like the perfect solution so we didn't end up wasting our whole day shopping around. After that, we ended up looking at some washer dryer sets that were also on sale and ended up getting a great deal! We even rented their truck to bring home the mini fridge and freezer! Christina called to the front so we didn't have to wait for the truck and another staff person helped us out and loaded the truck. Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable and I'll definitely be back for any appliance or remodeling needs!

We went into the store to find some storage containers. We were asked by a couple associates if we needed any help or advice - we are appreciative of the service. We ended up purchasing other items for our apartment as well.

Efrain was my personal shopper! I asked him to point me in the direction of an item and he told me "we don't point we take you". He assisted with my whole list. I live 1 mile from the Elk Grove store but will be driving the distance to the Meadowview store from now on. Great store!

Where can you go and have good customer service? Some days, it's even a first name greeting by the associates at check out. Great to be asked if I can be assisted or for associates to take their time to guide you in the right direction. I've been assisted with getting my items into my vehicle, loaded up with good positive attitude. That comes from training staff well and good management. Prices keep me loyal and coming back.

I always enjoyed shopping at this store. It is very clean, there is easy access and availability of products. The super courteous, helpful, kind Associates and cashiers are always an asset to your store. In general I find the customer service is superb.

Mark in appliances was a real cool laid back man. I liked that he wasn't pushy or pressuring at all. He just answered all my questions and helped me with what I needed. Good dude.

Mark Corum was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the appliances we were interested in. He made the decision process easy and without it being painful. we are grateful to know that when we come to visit and need appliances that Mark will be there to assist even if its just a visit for questions.
