8/28 asked for help getting a Traeger 885 from shelves to cart, waited for 30min, no one showed up. End up leaving without buying. 8/29 came to buy pain though I’ll try again to get amthe Traeger 885 smoker. Paid for it at the cust srv desk,waited from 1056-1120. Finally a cust srv rep showed up, 10mins later I was told they don’t have any in a sealed box, all traeger 885 are on display assembled, I was told they can’t disassemble even at least the stand part so that it fits in my suv. all this time wasted, no sorry no thank yous. absolutely horrible experience. Went straight to RC Wiley. You guys should learn from them. Got one rightaway in and out within 20min. And you guys take 30min just to respond to customers, learn from RC WILLEY. They know good customer service.

My shopping there was brief but very pleasant. I was helped by a woman in the paint department that brightened up my day. Everyone goes through different challenges in life and it’s always good to be around individuals who truely care to cheer people up. Thank you Kim for your nice smile.

This is my office remodeling project. I would like to say it is very good designer and contractor team. When I started to design with designer Michelle Hibbs, it is very difficult project because the office need a lot of repairing, Michelle Patiently made the all details in the project. The contractor Kornely team made everything done, one by one repairing. I am so happy for their job.

I was greeted by an employee (Brother John) He helped me find the materials I needed and was able to answer all my questions. The cashier was pleasant and I didn't have to stand in line or wait long at all. The shelves were well stocked and the store was very clean compared to other stores I've been in. There's another Home Depot that's a little closer to me but Meadowview is my #1.

While the guidelines ask that we not speak on customer service... But that's the only reason I am leaving a review. We bought a washer dryer set and we had the best help from an associate there. He knew a lot about the machines and their features and helped us pick the right machine for our needs.

This is my first visit at this location in Meadowview, CA. I like the friendly customer service. The products do have in stock available for pickup.

I always feel like I'm amongst Family when I visit this Store.

On this particular visit, I was viewing the shelf storage units and Lorraine came right over and asked me if she could assist in any way. Based on her own personal purchase of the exact storage unit I was considering purchasing, she knowledgeably explained the simplicity of assembling it. Additionally, she touched on color selections, sizes and care of the units. She was a big influence on my decision to purchase. She even went over and beyond to assist me to my car to load it.

The staff at the garden center are always very helpful.. In particular, Billy Ray is always very helpful and friendly. It's nice to talk to someone that is actually knowledgeable about plants.

I had to wait for a specialist to clock in to receive help in the appliance center and I'm glad she arrived early. Mayra was very helpful and did not rush. I gave the store a 4 star rating but Mayra is 5 Star!!!

I bought a washer and the attendant was extremely helpful. Home Depot is stepping up its game. This experience reminded me of when I fell in love with this place. I was helped immediately!

I did not expect getting someone to help me to cut the plywood into half was that easy. Staff are so friendly and helpful in this store.

The store was clean and well stocked and the customer service at the desk that services disabled customers was made fantastic because of the cashier named Bella. It was a pleasure shopping at the Meadowview Homedepot today.

I liked that Jessica was very helpful with my first time on line purchase pick up. Another girl helped me with scanning but that's no all. I didn't know what to do from there. So Jessica shared the procedure step by step and I was able to retrieve my purchase without any problem. I went on to continue my shopping and spent more then I planned to as usual. But Jessica is definitely providing the type of customer service I appreciate.

This stores offers good deals. I really enjoy shopping at this store #1003. Store is always clean.

Nice location. Needs more lighting or provide some sort of security with camera or have employees check around the parking lot especially after sundown.

Fantastic service. I wish I had been offered a warranty on the expensive item I purchased.

The most seen employee Estevan does not greet and also harasses female employees while working. My experience walking in was fine but that employee would not stop touching on the woman in lumber section. I highly recommend management have a sit down talk with him about harassment while on duty because customers do not need to be seeing a male rubbing on a coworker who seems bothered every time he comes near them.

This store is much nicer than the location on florin road. The employees are very attentive on meadowview and the stores upkeep is noted.
