Recently retired and interested in woodworking. Store has nice selection of general supplies and tools and will be my 'go to'. It would be very convenient and satisfying if a better selection of hardwoods was available other than red oak and poplar (walnut, cherry, maple, e.g.)

Best one around. Has a lot more in stock and variety and they r always asking if u need any help and friendly

Everything about this store and its employees sets the high mark which other similar stores are striving to obtain. It is simply the best!!

Today I experienced terrific service at the Meadville Home Depot. Check out person, Susan, was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I had given up my search for a particular item but Susan took the time to give me advice and to point me in the right direction. Thank you, Susan, and thank you Home Depot.

Had a great visit to this Home Depot's garden department. Sales cashier Jacob (Jake) was friendly and helpful, assisting me in selecting my items and efficiently checking me out. Because of Jake I'll definitely be back to this store.

I made several purchases recently. Each time people were helpful and friendly. I made several "will call" purchases and had no difficulty u[pon returning to pick up second portion of my purchases. A young man,Gavin was very helpful when I made my most recent trip to Home Depot

I live in Ohio and have a vacation home in PA. This store has always, and continues to provide the friendliest, professional customer Service that is all to rare these days. Chris (Design Consultant) did a great job assisting me with a major purchase. Home Depot should be proud of the Employees of this Store.

2 larger ticket items (bathroom sink and table saw) purchased within a week from each other, off the shelf, sold as new, in fact both had been resealed from returns - sink was damaged and saw was used!! Someone is not doing their job and reshelving returns that are flawed/used and selling as new!! Very frustrating to make multiple trips for exchanges and refunds - now open every box purchased before we leave the store to be sure item is new

customer service is excellent, store is very clean and easy to find items that you need, prices are great.

Workers are helpful and most are friendly. They go out of their way for veterans and take extra care while you are in the store. However, there seems to be a major communication issue. Deliveries and getting a return phone call have been a nightmare throughout our small apartment renovation. Miscommunication, failure to return calls, kitchen specialist taking the night off when an appointment has been scheduled--without calling us, wrong address entered into the system for delivery - which took 3 visits and several hours to correct, purchased floor model appliances sold to someone else after we had paid, delivery man refusing to carry flooring up the stairs after we had paid for inside delivery to 2nd floor apartment - "I don't do stairs," etc. Did I mention failure to return phone calls?! With that being said, they worked hard to try to make it right...but this took well over an hour of standing and waiting...the 3rd go around! I believe it is more of a corporate, technology, systemic issue than an employee issue. We also have had trouble finding the things we want in stock. Also...the lack of return phone calls!! So important that employees follow through and that the computer system alerts those who need to do the calling! Fix your system, HD! Meadville needs you.

Maggie and Evelyn were very helpful. Maggie took the time to help us in every area of the store we were looking for things. She was very helpful when my husband had questions about different types of glue. She would read the different ones and answer his questions. Evelyn was very helpful at my check out. She asked if I wanted to open a credit card and get $25 off my purchase. I did open one and was very happy with the discount.

Home Depot is making a mockery of the CDC guidelines for mask wearing by nor enforcing the mask requirement as plainly stated at the entrance to the store. Today, 1/24,2021, approximately 1/2 of the customers I witnessed in the store were not properly masked. If the intent is not to enforce the mask requirement than remove the sign at the entrance. I can take my business elsewhere.

i always fiind what im looking for and if i cant find it there is always someone to help you! Your associate kathy was helpful in giving me my military discount to save me money. The store is always clean when i enter.

Great Service, Great Employees and the store was clean. Employees went out of their way to help me find everything I needed.

The meadville store is always well maintained in all areas, including the restrooms. The staff is consistently helpful and friendly. They are dog friendly and make a point of treating our GSD to pets and attention.

I myself, when I go in a store and need help finding what I want, I have always found this particular store associates, friendly and knowledgeable and that's what I get from them.

The store is always accommodating. I usually always find what I am looking for and the area is well stocked even considering we are in a pandemic.

This was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever experienced. I work customer at another retail store and I would have never let my employees act or be this untrained while taking care of customers. This isn't the cashier's fault it is managements fault. It was clear this cashier was having a difficult time and other associates would answer a question then walk away when she needed someone to walk her through what was happening. The workers had limited knowledge on the credit card, the loyalty card and use of the register. I spent close to $600 at this store and to have this poor of customer is inappropriate. I am very unsatisfied with my experience tonight.

My husband and I are in our fifty's and sometimes we need help being directed to a certain location in the store, help in getting a cart or lifting merchandise. We received all of that plus a friendly and courteous cashier. Thank you for making our shopping experience a breeze!
