We had an amazing experience with our kitchen granite countertop remodel. Our Home Depot Rep. was fun to talk with, and answered all of our questions, and discussed in detail our options. From the time we ordered, communication was excellent, and the entire process was seamless. We were first visited by a great guy who came to take the measurements for our new granite countertops. We were contacted by the stone supplier, with photos of our slab, and an offer to visit on-site to approve the slab before it was cut. We declined to visit in person, and were not disappointed. The granite is beautiful, and a few days later, the men who installed it were professional and quick. There were no issues. I think my dog even enjoyed the process, and the guys didn't mind his 'overseeing' the work. Everything went so well I am looking now for our main and guest bath vanities, and will be working again with Home Depot. I can highly recommend Meadville Home Depot, based on our own experience.

I bought my 6,000 BTU 115WT GE WINDOW AIR CONDITIONER, with one intention, to keep my Monty (dog) cool as a cucumber and he is one VERY COOL SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!

Website and store don’t always match. Not a bad store unless you need help. Loading unloading or finding something. Extremely disappointing when employees watch people struggle to pick things up.

Every time I walk in the door ( which isn’t often anymore) I see employees “making”themselves look busy. I have even found a couple hiding so they didn’t have to work. When you do need help, nobody is around.. nobody knows the answer to your questions. Nobody knows where anything is in the store if you do finally find someone to ask. Pretty sure at this point you hire just about anyone. You need to put registers on both ends with cashiers to check you out. Might I add, FRIENDLY cashiers. I don’t want to park on the whole other side of the parking lot to walk in the building and then out the other side bc all you have open is one line. Or self check out. I see lots of employees walking around aimlessly but nobody actually doing anything. And your wood suck, it’s always warped or knotted.

Felt discriminated against was told by employee that if i'd stop stealing they wouldn't have to lock merchandise up

Even if they don't have what I'm looking for, they assist me in trying to find it online. They are always very helpful.

Each time I have visited this store the customer service has been extraordinary. The paint department is knowledgeable and Daphne at checkout goes above and beyond to help. Other retailers should do the same.

I bought a sprinkler to water my garden. It’s perfect for the whole area. I could adjust it to the gardens length. Saves me so much time not having to water each plant.

I go to this home depot on a regular basis and am always greeted at the door by multiple employees. Everyone there is always helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond to help with whatever I am looking for.

I stopped at this Home Depot on the way home from Erie. And honestly. This will be my go to Home Depot anytime I’m heading to or from Erie when I need something. Some of the most helpful people here.

Great place to get what you need

Built a deck few months ago and got all materials from Home Depot. They actually designed exactly all materials that I needed. All we had to do was show up and they loaded everything !!!

Litzy from customer services is ruder than anyone I've ever seen. After 20 years of shopping at home depot I will never step foot in another one again. Thats how rude this employee was.
