This was the worst experience of my life. I just moved to Merced and was getting stuff for my new house and instead of being happy about what was getting I left the store in tears because of the rude people and no one was willing to help me. I will NEVER be coming back here again. The customer service was terrible employee refused to help me and the employee walked away and told me she was just going to take a walk rather than help me. I waited in line for 30 minutes waiting for someone to help and I even asked for help and no employee helped. The cashier ITZEL was so rude and not helpful.

Clean store, nice employees

The merced store is horrible. The only good thin was an employee named jadea who was exceptional.

Had problem ordering on the internet and getting the military discount. Tanner, took care of everything in about 10 mins. Ordered an evaporator.

Vince P. did an awesome job in the electrical department which helped me find the product I needed to do the job today!!! I appreciated the time he took to listen, understand and find a solution to my issue.

I needed help in lumber Wendy called the Lumber associate to come and help me and he (Frank) was very knowledgeable and helpful

Work with Jose Mota he knows his stuff. We are remodeling our home and we are needing flooring. Jose Mota helped us out and help work with us and our budget. Definitely a great worker.

Cashier Jaeda went above and beyond with a great attitude smile and customer service. I would definitely recommend shopping here for your home improvement needs.

Kirby in flooring in the Merced CA store was a professional and also knowledgeable of our purchase. She was positive about other products, when they were inferior to the product we actually choose. She allowed us to way the pros and cons to make our purchase our own.

This store has some very qualified people working. During the day in flooring and cabinets and evening Johnathan is the to go to person for ANYTHING. We only ask for him, especially in special orders. If he is not available we ask Kirby in flooring or Nina In cabinets

Excellent store great service. Employee's are super nice and very helpful they go above and beyond. And I love the Military Discount thanks for recognizing Our service.

I pretty much find what I am shopping for but if I can't find something a clerk will take me right to it when I ask them. I have always been able to find someone to help me. It was clean enough for me...cleaner than most big outlets. I'm a social person and I talk to all the clerks and they have always been friendly back to me.

They started to have some good employees then before. Customer service was horrible back then but I could tell they are changing that!! Im glad

The store was dirty and hard to find help. The manager needs to do a better job managing the store and employees, not just sitting his or her a** in the office. Take responsibility of your employees. Seems like he or she doesn’t care. Until that is resolved I won’t be coming back.

Jose in flooring is the BEST. Knows the product, will help you with measurements, Not pushy, and helps you load your flooring in your car. Me and my sister really appreciate that. The cases are heavy and he was so courteous and kindhearted. We now look for him when we arrive, LOL SUCH A JEWEL

Associate in tool department very rude by throwing boxes to block aisle as we passed through didn't even ask if we needed his attitude made us feel not welcomed
