This is one of the more friendly Home Depots! All employees are so nice, especially the ladies at the Return Desk! I usually find what I want. Too bad it takes so long to get someone to cut lumber, but this seems to be a problem at many stores. PS...We have spent A LOT of money at your store since the beginning of the year! We've been doing a whole-house renovation and have bought almost everything at YOUR store! :)

Most everything I need for my remodeling project has been available at the Merced Home Depot, Staff had always been very helpful and courteous. They always come through when needed.

The associates at Customer service in Merced Outstanding job, Wes, Ashley G and Raymond. Very helpful friendly knowledgeable and truly caring about their customers. I now will only go to Merced Home Depot for all my business.

Best experience was when I went to Cashier Bernice! She was very pleasant and helpful - she saved me $25.00! Hard to find outstanding employees - you have one don't lose her!!

We really appreciated the help we received in the paint department from Dan.He explained the different paints and even helped us pick a color. He seemed to really enjoy his job.

Helpful Staff, I bought two toilets and I saved $50 from my purchase by applying for a Home Depot card. Too bad one of the toilets was broken. I now have to see how the exchange goes. Hopefully they offer me a gift card or something for the trouble. 4 stars due to the broken toilet. But service was great.

It is a friendly store, however need to try and have people on line to help customer especially if they are disabled.

This is an excellent location for the home improvement shopper. The floor staff are very helpful and always there to offer assistance. I much prefer to travel all the way across town to shop at our Merced Home Depot rather than to shop at the Lowe's what is much closer to my home.

Could not get any body to help me cut some chain very disappointed after the third person left me hanging after 22 minutes

I enjoy shopping at your store, through no fault of yours is that your location is a big hassle to get to your store. This is due to the way the State of California configured the Highway on and off ramps and the traffic signals for this area. When your store first opened, this was not a problem.

Because of our business needs we are very happy to have Home Depot near-by. We find that they have a good stock and that continues on a regular basis.

I couldn't find anyone to help me find my product, last summer I ordered wood for a deck, the man who helped me was in an angry mood
