Customer Service needs an attitude check, or possibly a new job besides Home Depot! When you order something and it takes 3 months and they shipping you the wrong product!! That is just poor management!! I could go on!! But it’s not my job to tell Home Depot Merced Store needs better management. P.S. my rating is a minus 1 star!

Too many employees who can not assist due to their lack of knowledge. They have poor communication with other associates.

Store allows customers to enter store and shop not wearing a mask. This serious lack of safety starts with management according to employee who i told my concern and she said she was told not to try to enforce wearing a mask. Just not safe at homedepot.

merced home depot is not a safe place to shop. Many customers were NOT wearing a mask. Selfish and inconsiderate

Store is clean, I always find the material for every project and people there are happy to help!

Good price when placing a large order but as usual, finding a knowledgeable employee to help you in a department is difficult.

I am very happy with each visit to store. Staff are very helpful and curtious every visit! Also The rigid tool line and husky customer service are so helpful with anything they have gone above to help compared to some situations I have had at times. Thank you!!!!

Some employees have not a sense of customer service. They should not be working at this store. Really bad attitude at this Merced Home Depot.

As a customer for many years I keep coming back for good prices on garden supplies, lumber for home projects, solar lights and house paint.

Products can be found easily . Assistance is available whenever you needed it. Helpful and friendly associates .

great help went on line for 15 mins . to find what i needed if you need to find something from home depot on line go to merced store and ask for Marissa at the return desk she will make it happen

Kacy runs an awsome store. Super pro desk employees lorina, chris, isabel alway very helpful . service dest the best Marissa super awsome. Cindy at the check out is super nice. Appliance Makala and Tanya. Really helpful . thats why i say one of the best store in merced ill literly go out of my way to shop here. Good job.

Only spent 15 minutes to pick up my order and Pete was very helpful to help me load my car!!!

STORE IS GENERALLY CLEAN SOME TIMES UNDERSTAFFED BUT EMPLOYEES THERE ARE ACTUALLY OUYTSTANDING IN COMPARISON TO OTHER STORES. MOST ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE OR IF NOT THEN THEY ARE HELPFUL AT LEAST. PRODUCT AVAILIBILITY IS GREAT ALTHOUGH ONLINE SEEMS TO BE INCORRECT FOR SOME REASON.

I really like the self checkout for saving me time in line.

I have shopped at other Hardware/lumber stores in town and Home Depot is hard to beat. Their variety of products and fair prices are hard to beat. I have become a familiar face at the Merced Store as I recently purchased a new home and believe me it takes a great deal of visits to make our house a home. Thank you Home Depot

We had some problems with the measurer from seven day stone. First he did it wrong then he lied about us having the sink on site after telling me he wouldn’t need it. That being said between the employees at the store and the installers, I got my countertops and my sink put in today!! Tanya in kitchens and Christine in garden made sure everything turned out just fine and that I was pleased. And I am!! It looks great!! Thank you so much for the help your employees and independent worker gave me!!

Always friendly, helpful staff

I always think of Home Depot first, even though there are other stores closer. I can usually find what I want and the sales persons are knowledgeable.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the store is well stocked. Checkout staff are great.
