I bought a Honda lawnmower yesterday and it was quick and easy. The employees were all very nice.

I loved the customer service and all the awesome deals they always have out in the clearance sections.

Management was collecting all Store employees to the paint center to talk about wins and losses. Wow the store was full of customers and each customer was trying to find someone to help them out not a good time to have a store meeting.

Beware of Home Depot delivery & installing your appliance. Two home depot men who installed our microwave did not speak English told my Spanish speaking husband (after installing the unit & destroyed the shelf area), told my husband that he needed to figure out how to attached the fan unit ducting in order to use the fan. They forced the microwave unit in which ended up not leveled bc our door of microwave swung out fast. We had to find a contractor to fix the bottom of the shelf & top area & to attach the fan ducting at the cost of $400 dollars! The contractor said the microwave was held by one screw or bolt on the left & could have fallen in a matter of time. I wish the delivery men would have said, " this microwave does not fit ", would you like to return it"? We would had said, yes!

I placed 2 orders from Home Depot and BOTH times door dash people delivered it and BOTH times door dash people GOT IT WRONG. Can they NOT read English ?? Hello you IDIOTS. Stick with delivering food oh but then again you’d drop it off at the WRONG place.

I needed door installation shims and the employee I asked directed me to two different locations and described what was where. It was helpful and fast. The fellow had a good memory and an excellent knowledge of stock location and I refuse to play poker with the guy.

The refrigerator rplaced my shop fridge that just quit working.I wasn't sure I was going to find a replacement.

Personal needs more training. They are not eager to help. They’re either on a break, not their department, don’t know, or just started and don’t know.

I recently purchased a miluakee m12 air inflator bundle promotion and online it said it was delivered in store when i go to the store to pick up delivered package they give me only the batteries and charger package and they said that was the order i said no this is missiing the inflator they looked it up and said there was nothing they can do. The store manager did however give me 10 percent off on anything bought in store that day which didnt really help but with that said it is very unprofessional that u have to only go through online if you order online very unorganized side note there was another customer i overheard that they had to wait for the employee to start their shift because they were the ones who received the package for that customer lol so the customer had to wait until shift change and when the employee walked away the employee had a look on their face as if it was a hassle for them doing the job theyre getting payed for like i said very unprofessional

I bought several items from 2x4s to plumbing pvc pipes. I was approached when trying to find tree stump killer, the associate looked it up and found where it is. In plumbing the associate helped me find the elbow fittings i needed.. Very good service.

Went to the store to buy multiple different things no employees at all try to help us even we’re trying to get stuff down off of a shelf that we could disabled person and an elderly lady and couldn’t even get no help to get something off the shelf

Worst service attitude and place to purchase items

It was Sunday afternoon my husband and I came to Home Depot Merced need assistance for security door. Cherylle came out to help us and did above and beyond of our needs. I highly recommend her to help you if you visit this branch.

Your employee Sebastian at returns department it is a liability to the store he’s very disrespectful and treat people especially the Hispanic ones like myself really bad. I will like if somebody can call me so I can explain the situation step-by-step thank you.

I bought a refrigerator today and Makala Heatley offered courteous and helpful customer service. Mr Haywood also provided friendly and helpful service a few days before.

JT was a great associate who was friendly, knowledgeable in all areas, and professional. Sam the cashier was fast, friendly, knowledgeable and gave great service.

Cherylle from another department was very helpful in helping me the product that I needed and yes it fit my needs. I will not have to come back to replace the item I purchased. Thanks again Cherylle, Sincerely, Andrew Hollins III

For the military discount, you should not embarrass the person who is the veteran or the military personnel. If they don’t have an app on their phone or don’t carry a phone on them you should still be able to give them their discount. If they have proof, I just ask please don’t embarrass people the way that you did to have them ask you twice to put in a discount when I have proof and that store policy of a military discount
