I wanted to speak with the store manager. I went to the "customer service"/reqister where I saw en employee stationed, and requested to speak with the manager. I was taken aback when asked why! There should be no reason to ask why.

Not happy with the service. First, I did not ward for cleaning stairs and I had to drive two hours back to get it. But the one gave me did not work, later found out it was not right model. Second, I was not told to clean it before returning. I did not get a clean one and paid the rent fee, why have to clean it. Plus I was told it's not for carpet clean, just steam the carpet. I have no idea how that will work! The rental is rip off.

They don’t have expertise on garage doors. DO NOT order from them. They ordered me two totally different garage doors for the same house. It’s been almost 4 months. Had to spend more money to get another door to match. Employee and manager never took responsibility for their mistake.

Aisles in store are too close together for ADA requirements. Merchandise stacked in rown leaving barely enough room for a shopping cart to fit through and had cords on the floor that were a trip hazard. Also mentioned how the store has ADA parking near the entrance but forces you to check out away and exit store a distance away from that entrance. I brought it up to a person who identified himself as a store manager. He was very indifferent about the issue and advised me to contact customer care regarding it. Never asked where the issues were.

Returned a manufacturing defective faucet to swap for another one to complete our project. Nereida in customer service was very helpful, she set up the return and online order for the replacement faucet. To our surprise, the item increased in price by $132.91 since we purchased the original 2 weeks prior. To complete the process, we would have to pay the increased price to do the swap. The manager suggested we call HomeDepot.com to seek adjustment. Nereida went above and beyond to contact HomeDepot.com on our behalf, explaining the situation and was able to get us the swap at the original price. I am sure we would not have been able to work with HomeDepot.com as well as Nerida. Now we are waiting for the on-line faucet to come in to finish our project. I would give Nereida 5 stars for her help!!

Jake the store manager and polite and helpful. He was very willing to help me with my issue and resolve it. Kenny is always kind and helpful.

I rented a staple gun and purchased the staples the employees gave me only to get home and find they didn’t fit. Not only that but I could only purchase the staples on-line. The rental center didn’t carry staples for the gun they rent out. When I went to return the unused gun, there was a 4 person line up at the rental desk but no employees visible. I waited 20 minutes in line along with the 4 other customers and still no one came to the desk. I finally just left the staple gun behind the rental desk and decided to phone them later as I had already wasted 3 hours of my day

I bought a gallon of BEHR paint for about $43. I bought one quart of BEHR paint and it cost me $21.98. I am still in shock over the price of this paint. The one Quart.

I like this location. Everyone is friendly and they have excellent prices.

The staff is always friendly and willing to answer any questions that one may have about anything including trying to find an item. The location is very convienent to where I live which makes it an option to consider when looking for various items.

Louise deserves a raise. She is a very good example of a customer service person who really cares!

A brand new fully charged battery lasted me less than 30 minutes, 25 minutes of blowing, mostly on medium speed. I only have about 10 medium (20ft) trees and as many bushes. So I would say this blower was not suitable for anyone with a yard. The blower itself is perfectly adequate, though not as powerful as my previous low-end gas blower. In fact it may be the best electric blower I've used and I'd keep it if they offered me a second battery for free and inexpensive replacements. As it is, they should market this honestly as a tool for clearing driveways or patios. Then it would deserve five stars. To make it worse I described my needs accurately to the employee who served me, including the size of my yard. He assured me they used this same model at the store, for blowing off floors and parking areas, and it had plenty of endurance on one charge to meet my needs. I "would" recommend it for cleaning floors and driveways. But blowing leaves in a yard on grass or gravel takes more time. I was terribly disappointed and felt misled.

Don't waste your time going here.

Employees are always friendly and helpful! I have been shopping here for 15 years and have spent thousands of dollars here remodeling my home and fixing things up! From kitchen to bathrooms and garden plus other projects! Thank you Country Club and 60 store for always having a nicely merchandised and friendly store!!

I always look online before making the drive to my nearby Home Depot store. I want to make sure that the items I'm needing are in stock. When the online pages show that the items I'm looking for are in stock, I'll go ahead to make the trip to pick them up. Before my last couple of trips to my local Home Depot the items I was needing showed as being in stock. When I got there, those items were nowhere to be found. It's not a deal breaker. It's just real inconvenient.

0469 is my go to store. It's always clean the staff is very friendly and helpful. It brightens my day knowing that I have a trip to make at your store.

Not my regular store that I go too, but it is second choice when I’m in the area. I really love the way they rearranged the check outs ! Fast and easy checking out.

I'm building another new house about 1500 sqft. I just trusted Rosanna and Tika with about 4 huge orders for materials to build the whole house. Awesome customer service.
