I continue to be amazed at how kind, personable, and helpful your employees are. Home Depot should hold seminars for training other companies on their employee behavior towards customers. Thank you so much for what you do.

A man in the painting section referred to me as “young lady” even though I’m a 45 year old woman. (FYI I don’t believe he was part of the paint section I think he was a store manager) It’s sexist condescending demeaning behavior. I just retired after 23 years in the Department of Corrections for the state of AZ, I appreciate being called MA’AM not young lady! Then I went to check out and your cashier was rude too! She was calling me a kid, and when I made it clear this was not appreciated she did it again and told me she was old enough to be my big big sister. I didn’t care to hear any of this I simply wanted to pay and leave. I do expect to be treated like an adult and with some respect for Christ’s sake! Never again.

We bought new kitchen cabinets & countertops to replace our 40 year old ones. Georgia did all of the layout for us and did a spectacular job! She even managed to give us cabinet space where we had "dead" areas before. She was patient with us and took her time to be sure all details were covered and we would be happy. Highly recommended if you want to update/replace/buy new kitchen cabinets. Great experience!

the app in conjunction with the stores inventory and location makes shopping so less of a headache than even the local grocery store!

I asked several workers to help me and they were more than willing to do so.

Michael was really helpful and took me to exactly where the products I needed were in the store. He took the time to not just help or point the way, he took me there and offered advise on other items I might need for my project.

2 gentlemen help load 18 ct of 4”x6”x10’ lumber to cart. They all needed cut in half. They guys then created like an assembly (safely) by loading into cut station, ready with the next for loading on, cutting and reloading back onto the cart. , Amazing efficiency!! Following safety protocol with safety glasses, cut 18 in 1/2 the time it was taking other Home Depot’s to get 9 cut as I had to wait on the other Home Depot’s. I'm very happy with my new Ryobi radio. Better sound than previous. Ryobi bluetooth really works to 125 feet !! I think tiny home kits on trailers would sell great for Home Depot. Affordable housing shortage is still growing in the USA and the world.

THis was a good trip, got what I needed.

I requested a hot water heater installation from Home Depot and was contacted by Delta Plumbing. They quoted me a too high cost of 1.2K over the cost of the unit for installation. But I agreed because I work from home and did not want to shop around. I also trusted the Home Depot brand. The price was supposed to include fittings, testing, and the like. The installer gets there and uninstalls the unit, which takes about 30 minutes, and then tells us that he can't install the new unit because the prior unit had leaked and he did not want to put it back on the pedestal. He recommended that I call a restoration company and I did. They indicated that the pedestal was definitely strong enough to have had the new hot water tank installled. Consequently, we decided not to have Delta come back to install the unit. They still charged me over $500 for the uninstall, even though the bulk of the work was supposed to be for the install. They sent me an itemized invoice after they charged me that listed all of the things that we did not get done, but that we were billed for. It was a horrible rip-off. I will NEVER use Home Depot for professional services again.

I came for a couple paint projects. I had several questions. A gentleman named Ray was really helpful and then he grabbed Ricky who apparently does some painting on the side. He knew a lot of things from personal experience. They both were extremely pleasant and helpful. I’ll be back to this specific store to get their help!!

When using a Dinglbopper don’t get your fingers stuck in the belt drive.

Was Greeted Friendly, my questions were answered by Alex an employee and even helped me locate other suggestions for my failing indoor plants.

Home Depot always insures that you are happy with the products you purchase, but they also hire the best sub-contractors, and the service of the employees are equal to none. Thanks to Brandon and everyone at this store!

Knowledgeable salepeople at this location. They are always helpful in locating products in the store and offering assistance with outside services.

I’ve always had wonderful customer service at this location. The fellow patrons….not so much but the employees are exceptional

Mike in the Drywall section helped me with a problem that nobody else would. Home Depot really went above and beyond thanks to his customer service.

This Home Depot sucks nobody wants to help you all they want to do is help people that they want to help and collect a check how to avoid this place especially if you're a person of color

I'm an electrician and shop at Home depot often for tools or supplies. This store always has a good selection and knowledge, friendly worker's. I recommend this store to anyone that I associate with.

I enjoy shopping at this Home Depot. They have a great selection of tools and ever Else I look for to do home improvements. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Great Customer service

Employees are kind and have very good knowledge in their special field

The checkout person was extremely rude. When asked for manager he was busy and could not come to the phone.

I have shopped this Home Depot store many times and typically without issue but today was very different. I was getting bricks off a shelf about shoulder height for me. As I pulled one brick, the pile started to tumble and I noticed the pallet the bricks were on was broken. I held bricks back with my left hand / arm while trying to pull bricks off the pile and stabilize the tumble with my right hand. A Home Depot associate walked by and I informed him what was happening. He glanced at the situation, said Huh? and walked away. I would have appreciated if he would have stopped and assisted to assure no bricks fell on me but it appeared he couldn't be bothered. Very concerning. This reminded me of a past experience at Home Depot when the rain gutters that were up on a shelf fell and almost amputated my great toe. A few Home Depot associates past by as blood was gushing but couldn't be bothered to help. I ended up with 18 sutures in my toe and came very close to loosing the toe. It seems like safety is not a big concern for Home Depot

Had a key made. Despite the guy running it in the de-burr slot, it still had lots of sharp edges and metal burrs hanging on. This wold have jammed in the lock.

Bought a Dewalt drill set that was mistakenly advertised at 299.99 when it should have been 399.99. Manager at the store honored the price anyways. Spoke with 4 associates during my last visit and each one was more helpful than the last. Best service I've gotten in a store period.
