After scheduling and attending 3 appointments we were able to design and order our kitchen cabinets We would have only needed 2 appointments but since the computer system kept crashing and the work needed to be re-entered 4 times it did take too much time. Other then that the employee assisting us was very helpful and patient

I found a match to a specific tree we searched for a couple days looking at other Home Depots and competitors. This store had One of such tree at a competitive price. It's too bad we could not make all our gardening purchases at one location. Some associates were working hard moving product butother were lethargic and not too pleasant.

I've never had a bed experience with Home Depot sales associates. They must screen them extensively. They are consistently pleasant and helpful.

I have never experienced a long wait to check out. There are always ample cashiers available, and the service desk will often give a shout out that they are available for small orders if the store is even remotely busy.

So many employees every where but no one can help. No one offers help they all just stand and chat with each other. Then when you ask for help they seem annoyed. I would of purchased my whole walk in closet shelving if It didn't seem like a bother to ask for assistance. Now I see why it's recommended to go to a store that custom builds your closet for you.

People here are professional and courteous. Great selection. Good knowledge of products strenghts and weaknesses.

The associate at the Returns register, named Arin, couldn't have been more helpful and personable. She made my shopping experience both enjoyable and productive. In this day and age, it is difficult to find someone with such wonderful people skills. Arin went the extra mile to expedite my return and find the correct replacement product. Because of her helpfulness and personality, I would certainly return to this store for future purchases.

The store is well stocked. Associates were helpful and courteous. I purchased $653.00 worth of electrical plugs, switches, coverplates, coax and phone jack plates. Part of the purchase was 95 each 15 amp duplex plugs that the self check out asoociate gladly assisted me with at the scanner

Fantastic team at the Middletown store Ted, Maryana and Jane were so wonderful to deal with. Everyone is so friendly. Thank you for helping my parents move from Vermont. It means the world to us.

I found products I was looking for but, the products I found at Home Depot were not the right products I needed. So, this time I will have to go to a Master Plumbing Supply house where I can find technical parts related to a diverter valve handle for tub/shower.

She answered all of our questions with easy and made us feel extremely comfortable and satisfied with both our purchase and store experience. Highly recommend this store and the service!!

Whenever I need help at homedepot, all I have to do is ask and I get help immediately or as soon as a store clerk is free to give me help.

I had never gone to get a Christmas tree by myself and went this past Sunday the 13th. Not only was there a great selection at a wide range of pricing, they were all very healthy great looking trees. Additionally, the gentleman working at the tree stand cut the trunk down to where I wanted it, with a handsaw and wrapped it, along with offering to carry it to my car. Really couldn't have asked for a better experience for what I needed!

Everyone is super helpful and friendly at this store on every visit.

I went into Home depot on a mission to get paint. before I went hunting down the aisles I said to my self, "let me check out the paint Oops bin first." and BAM! the exact two colors I needed were in the bin! Talk about convenient and low priced. I left quite satisfied that someone's mistake could land me a bargain.

I went into the Home Depot store with some anxiety because I needed a refrigerator and I don't know much about them. After explaining what I was looking for, the store associate was extremely helpful in recommending a perfect refrigerator for me. Because she was so helpful, I was able to make the purchase in minutes. I couldn't believe how easy it was.

I asked for help and was given vague help on one thing and I asked customer service for help with lights I didn't hear a page and no one came after 10 minutes so I gave up . I had to return a defective product and there were multiple mistakes before I finally was done and the women cashier/customer service was very flip about it and in the end it was taken care of her way not how I wanted.

Has just about everything I would need. Easy to find everything. I just wish they had more options for lumber and sheet goods. Otherwise a great store. Helpful and knowledgable staff.

This store was clean and I always don't need to ask for help for the associates are always helpful and always ask if I need help finding anything. I love to shop at HOME DEPOT.
