I was working on a project in that city and the staff of that store did not know where to direct me what I was looking for.

Excellent customer service!!!

I was extremely surprised by the number of employees that greeted us and asked if we needed help. Not once, did I have to try and find someone to assist with questions. The employees that did offer assistance, were very knowledgeable about the products I was looking at and able to offer advice. I haven't seen service like this in a very long time. It was wonderful.

Morning crew/cashiers on the loading side are always in a great mood, and more importantly helpful make them selves use and get me out QUICK!

Excellent service today by Daniella!! Will be returning for other things I need for my project!

Every time I come to this Home Depot, I am able to quickly and efficiently find what I need. There are plenty of people around to help me when I can't find something. The cashiers and customer service desk are always friendly, quick, and able to assist me with my check-out, will call, or any other needs.

I cant thank Drae enough for his help in giving me and my partner a wonderful shopping experience. I've walked into so many stores where no one even cares to look your way or deal with the bother of helping a customer but he had so much positive energy to give it really made my night.

Employee's are very product knowledgeable. They keep a very good stock on hand. You don't have to go all over town to find what you need.

I love this store, you can find what your looking for if not there is always someone there to help you. The store is clean and set up great , well marked so you know what section things are in. Help is always avalible . When you walk in you are greeted with a smile and a hello or a good morning, The prices are also great, Makes going so much easier to know the help is there and they know what there talking about.I got everything I need that day .

This store had some of the most friendly employees and wide selection of Milwaukee tools. Overall I’d visit this store all the time if I lived closer

Today I received excellent service at our Midland Home Depot. The sales associate, Genie listened to what I was trying to accomplish, brainstormed ways to get it done, helped me find the materials needed, explained repeatedly how to do it, and gave me the confidence to go home and get it done. Feeling empowered!

The store is conveniently located near me

I had to wait 15 minutes to get some assistance in the plumbing dept. The cashier at the self service checkouts tried very hard to get someone to help me and made several calls on the PA before they finally showed up. The employee was very helpful once he showed up and my only complaint is about the wait time.

Store needs checkers....usually you have to check yourself out and they will probably have someone in the contractors lane which is always packed. They need to hire people.

STORE 0561 IS CLOSE TO MY HOME AND HAS ALWAYS HAD THE THINGS I NEED. A REWARD PROGRAM WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE FOR HOME DEPOT.

This store had plenty of Ryobi, Li-Ion tools and batteries in stock, along with accessories. The employees were helpful and knowledgeable of these products. I love it!

The employee's at this Home Depot make the shopping experience better than other stores. Most all the home improvement stores mostly carry the same products/brands. For me, I not only shop for the products I want but I also shop were service is best and most dependable as well. I have always recieved great service here, particulary at the Pro Services Department and in store pick up/customer service counter as well.
