In this town where it is difficult to find good employees who treat customers with respect and enthusiasm, Home Depot does the job. Also, they have the product I need and the associates with knowledge of the products or know where to find help. The product was on clean shelves and organized with ample stock.

Management has problem doing their job when three in store, I patiencely waited 45 minutes because you have argon bottles no one else carries. Not even busy at time I was there and they were paged several times.

Prices at register are higher than listed prices. Watch them!

Cody the associate in Windows/Doors goes above and beyond excellent service. He is super knowledgeable and anytime I go to Home Depot I look for him to help me because he is so intelligent with all my customer service needs.

This store is tops. Associates are extremely pleasant and willing to help without being asked. Take the time and stop and shop at the Midland store.

This Homedepot has great employees willing to go the extra mile when needing assistance with your projects and repairs. Very much appreciated in a city were the oil industry has basically left many retailers and stores with shorthands of employees. Thank You Home Depot and associates

10/03/18 - I am in the process of building a large sheet metal shop and needed a long list of electrical supplies/materials. I anticipated a very stressful situation; however, Tommy-electrical dept @ Home Depot in Midland, Tx went above and beyond. Tommy was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. His patience was greatly appreciated. Both the cashier and employee who helped me carry heavy items to my truck were great as well. My Home Depot shopping experience was a complete success! I have used this Home Depot store several times in the past twenty years. My total experience with the staff and clerks at this store has always been a very pleasant experience. I plan to use this store in the future. The answers to all of your review questions is MOST DEFINITELY YES.

On several visits, I have had issues not pertaining to the employees but products I have purchased, and sometimes they have been my fault (choosing the wrong hue of paint) and others times it was not my fault at all (a very expensive water boiler had a malfunction). However, each time that I have gone in the service has been great. The people that have helped me have gone above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied, even if it takes forever for them to figure out the best way to help. Most recently, with the paint experience, Richard and Edward from the paint department were awesome and patient, helping fix the paint I had purchased with a kind, helpful attitude. Thank you for being awesome, and definitely making me choose y’all over Lowe’s any Day!

The home depot was pretty clean when I needed assistance the workers were ready to help me and the workers were friendly.
