Maggie was very nice an she help alot,we need to have more people like her..

Customer service is HORRIBLE, throughout the entire store!!! The ONLY good thing I can say about this store is Drae in Lawn and Garden, Gary in Paint, LeBecka, one of the new Assistant Managers and Daniella in Customer Service Mikie are helpful and friendly. They all deserve a raise and could be used as trainers to teach other employees what customer service means.

I am very happy I went to buy 9 window blinds they where cut there in front of me the size that I need them! I was in and out in less than 25 min!

everyone was very helpful and friendly and i thanked them all god bless you all the lady was very helpful and even offer to help me at home on her lunch hour but it took 30/30 and that would be her lunch hour but was greatful on her offer

Employees are very friendly, offering to help if needed. Products are easy to find, especially if shopping online beforehand, they tell you which aisle and bay to find stuff. I bought several items and didn't spend more than 15 minutes in the store.

Employees did not ask me if I needed assistance.I passed by a handful of employees but no one greeted me.

Employees are either on there phones and are zero help cashiers are usually good I am in and out of this store remodeling my home and it's the same every time if u need to load something heavy bring a friend or be prepared to wait for ever

This is the worst Home Depot I've ever shopped in. We spent 30 minutes begging for someone to help us in the lumber department. Employees indifferent. Asked twice for manager who never showed. Finally found a lady who actually knows how to treat customers and was able to help us. Will never shop here again.

Matt at the pro-desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. Darruis and Alex on the saturday crew helped my wife find what she was looking for and loaded the heavy items into her truck for her. There is always some one willing to help!

Home Depot is a great store to meant the needs of home improvement.

Personal and business, we shop in this store daily, for it is the only Home Depot in Midland Texas, you should build another in the Southeast side of town, I guarantee it would stay busy, but we shop here daily, sometimes up to 3 or 4 times and I do not qualify for a home depot card for my business, this erks me, because why do we have the pro rewards, if we couldn't afford it, they would be able to see that we can, from the pro rewards business.....

This store is GREAT!!!!! The employees are so very FRIENDLY and just a DELIGHTFUL CREW!!!!!

Friendly and Excellent customer service! This is my store of choice. It's always a good experience.

Prices are competitive and generally carry quality merchandise, the employees and managers are always helpful, friendly and provide a very high level of customer service. That being said, this store is never what I would consider clean compared to other stores of this type as as some other Home Depots I have visited. Some things are not where they belong and/or hard to find.

When shopping for products, dont go by the website because they dont seem to match what they have or dont have in the store. They cant order due to automatic shipping. So before you begin your project, make sure you buy plenty of product before you leave becasue you may not be able to purchase it after your initial purchase, And no one seems to be able to resolve the issue.

I am in this store at least once a day. I know most of the employees all of which have been helpful along the way. We spend a large amount of money with this store but at least most employees have no idea, they help the same us as anyone else. It is great to have people like Gary in paint, who can match anything at any time, who explains exactly how and what to use in each situation; or Kent in electrical who is always discussing the most economical way to stay in city code; or Mike Jones who as worked all over the store who went as far as to offer to loan me his personal staple gun when the one I needed wasn't in stock. As well as several of the MODs, Gavin, Jody, Lynn that help find the products we need at the best price possible. It says a lot when a store director like Jason says "here is my cell number, call if you need anything, and when I text, even if he is off, he makes sure I am taken care of" I can promise that this kind of customer care is the best sales tool, not only do I seldom darken the doors of your competitors but i tell everyone I deal with to use this store and normally who to talk to about the product that they need.- It's better than any commercial or any discount you can do!

Joseph in hardware did an excellent job in answering my questions and closing the sale with me.

The workers did everything i asked them to do, Load a pallet of water softener salt , and put in back of my truck. Did it without damage to vehicle or bags of salt. I watched as they worked around other customers paying attention to not create an accident or injury. Workers worked together , not griping about doing too much work or one doing more than another. Seems like they get along willing to help out each other.
