Love this store for my projects...

The store was exceptionally clean and the store associates were friendly and I was greeted multiple times.

There's no customer service in will call.

There's no place like HOME...Home Depot that is! A place you can find what you need to restore, and replenish. An assortment of plants to increase the oxygen in your home and Beautify your HOME! The employees are helpful and courteous especially in these tuff times. Thank you Home Depot!

Came into the store and everything was well stocked, price tags were all in proper positions. Everything I needed was easily found and well priced. The store was clean, floors free of debris. Associates greeted me at the door while entering and exiting. I brought my dog along with me and all the employees were friendly to my dog aswell.

Love this store. I like that I can get help quickly. They will explain the product you are trying to purchase. The seem very qualified in the department which they work with knowledge and understanding of the product. And most of all they have patient. Thank you home depot. I am able to do my water line with your help.

Consistently bad customer service at this location. Staff avoid eye contact in the aisles to keep from being asked questions. Checkout usually has several staff standing around with the self-serve lanes open. If you do find someone at a checkout they do not greet or call you over.

Associate manager was rude. Store manager and Assistant Manager weren’t bad and had a how can I help attitude. The should ensure others develop the same attitude without they’re intervention.

THE STORE IS ALWAYS WELL STOCKED

The store was clean and neat. Employees at self-checkout are very nice and respectful to be as young as they are. Some teenagers that work are very rude and disrespectful

This store is my favorite of them all. They are busy, but yet still get me through quickly. Convenient for being close to most my job sites. Also, the employees are friendly and kind.

I bought my Christmas tree yesterday and all of the needles are already falling off. And they won’t let me exchange it.

I think they were quite efficient and very helpful and very kind. I usually shop the Independence Missouri store as I live by it but that was the only location with one. I had to drive clear across town but it was worth it they are very very nice store.

There are not enough people working in the store. Wait times are way too long. Inventory has become a major issue. The bathroom needs to be cleaned more often.

Store is busy, has more variety than the typical store. All staff were masked up, hand sanitizer was available.
