Indra was so helpful on the phone. Went above and beyond. She saves the item and was so kind when I arrived.

Ripped off because it’s one price on shelf and rings up higher at checkout. Aisles blocked by pallets of merchandise or aisles closed for restocking during store hours. Many employees work hard to avoid customers.

I punched Heather Bushes A few didn’t survives When I took Them back They were Replaced and the other items I needed were available the location is a plus

Lots of selections for kitchens and baths.

This store is visible from Route 4 but hidden on the Main Street behind the strip malls at the end of the road. It is worth the effort to get to, because the crew is supper helpful and knowledgeable. Mr. Johnson in Lumber is the best at making sure all my purchases are the best choice for my projects. Thank you so much!

I came with some ideas to improve the security at my house and Mr Loren showed me some "must have" that i totally agreed and bought! Look for him! He is super nice!

The interior and exterior of this HD is always well kept. When available the staff are helpful.

I went in to Home Depot to purchase a roof tarp and some nails I was pointed in the wrong direction. Needless to say I was searching and searching until I finally found a sales associate, and they pointed me in the right direction. There wasn’t a lot of choices to choose from or colors.

Had to exchange an item that I had bought for another size. Staff that helped me find it-and-at checkout were exceptionally helpful and nice.

I shop at this "Millenia" location often, this store stands out from others I have shopped at simply by the costumer service they always display. That assistance is very eye catching as this saves you time, and makes you feel welcomed when shopping here.

Nothing but positive things to say about the ladies that work the customer service/online order lines at Home Depot Millenia location. They are cheerful, smart, quick and have positive energy. They know what they are doing!

I was waiting for like 15 min. I was sad.. But Tati change my mood I’m glad that I found her she was coming in on her shift. She just help me with what I wanted so I told her that there was a especial on what I wanted to buy.. So she did go and check and yes there was a special. We couldn’t find what I wanted omg she work on that very very good and she found it She was with me all the time taking care of me so perfectly.. She gave me that thousand miles extra to help me with what I wanted..

Rhonday helped us at the self checkout. Every time we come in she has had a smile on her face, been eager to help, and overall incredibly friendly. This store has a great selection and is very well kept. Great location.

While shopping at my neighborhood Home Depot this morning, I entered, knowing what I needed. I was asked if I needed any help while I was in the aisle. Upon approaching the self check out, I was greeted by Dolores who insisted on helping me check out. I felt she went above and beyond to assist her customer making the process, streamline and simple. That is what customer service is all about.

I truly enjoy shopping at the Millenia Plaza Way, Home Depot. The employees are always friendly and attentive. Their knowledge base goes deep in their area of expertise. Interacting with the manager Carlo is always appreciated. Carlo is an outstanding leader and communicator.

Him in paint department went above and beyond help me with all my questions and suggested other product to make it be the best

Workers standing around talking with each other but would not help me when I asked where items were. They just looked at each other and didn't answer
