Home Depot deserves better than Harrol or Dustyn. They seem to both not care about their jobs. I would imagine people complain about Harrol all the time.

My husband and I had a great experience with Home Depot customer service. Each time we visited Home Depot looking for appliances, we were greeted and offered assistance. The store was clean and it was easy to follow the signage. We had great associates that were dedicated in helping us with our purchase. Thank you Team Home Depot!!

Obviously outstanding selection of tools, materials, etc. Clean and organized. Good location for me, at least, but pain to get out to Conroy or John Young during busy time. Customer service is almost non-existent.

This is a great store to shop in. Employees are very friendly, attentive, and helpful.

Chris Wyant, the sales associate in the Flooring/Decor dept. is a knowledgeable and Customer focused Professional. You can tell he very much likes his job and working with customers to help them realize their remodeling options. A true Professional!

Ivettzy was fantastic and helped me to check out with the floor model werewolf I'd just purchased. 3 other store employees were also wonderfully helpful by taking it apart and loading it up into my cart so that I could get it for my mom. She's going to love it and they really helped to make my day great knowing I could get this for her! Thanks to you all!

Store location for me is great, I can always find what I am looking for.

I was needing help with floor grout waited 27minutes after numerous pages and stopping quite a few employees, they paged for a manager who never showed up I purchased something hoping it works for my project. Elise tried his best to help and so did Garcia in the paint department. This places lacks good customer service.

Outstanding customer service all throughout the store with all items in stock. Much superior experience than what I encountered at Lowe’s last weekend!!!

Poor experience with Customer Service person, but store does offer a very good variety of products.

The service we received at this Home Depot far exceeded other Home Depot stores we have used.

The store is clean and products are easy to find. If you need assistance, there are always employees that can help or call someone else to help. Stephen from the lumber department is especially helpful if you need help with a DIY.

The associate at cabinet/appliances (Yordy Ramirez) is really friendly and profissional.

Steer clear of the appliances section; the staff was unhelpful, unknowledgable and untrained. And their promised delivery and install date surprisingly got pushed out an additional month two days after purchase due to "inventory issues." Funny that everything was showing in stock when they wanted my money. They are fine if you need some tools or materials that don't require significant assistance. Otherwise, good luck.

This Home Depot in particular is always clean, well organized and the shelves are well stocked. There always are store associates available to help if you need their assistance. The Garden Shop is wonderful, with so many beautiful, well taken care of plants to choose from.

The best shopping experience in this store

I ordered a washer and a dryer, plus 2 pedistal on June 26. Delivery was on July 15. You only shipped us 1 pedistal. The delivery persons had to take it back because the order was not complete. On July 18 the delivery had my washer and dryer and 2 pedistals. But the pedistal did not match the appliances. I have been on the phone with customer services. They are professional and courteous. Both times I had been on the phone for too long periods of time. I am tired of this

Maria in the paint department is the best. She has all the answers for any paint questions. She was very helpful in helping pick a paint for my hamster cage and made shure it was pet friendly. Thanks so much
