If you go to home depot by millenia ask for Carlos for the best service any customer can ask for

Daisy was great. Very helpful and friendly. Assisted me in the selection, wrapping and loading of my tree single handedly. while 2 other male employees watched. One was texting the entire time! Daisy made up for them and I have a great tree. Delores in the Garden area was outstanding as well.

Cashiers at the store are terrible they ignore you and you're forced to either do self checkout or go to the garden center. Won't be back. Management needs to teach the cashiers customer service don't make us stand there and wait until it's convenient for you to help.

V in the paint department was so unwilling to help. I asked him for his opinion on something and before I could even ask my question he said " I don't give opinions because I'm not an interior designer ". Wow, even if he felt this way, you still try and help your customer. He should not work with customers if he can't provide an opinion because in retail, opinions go a long way. I'm just shocked at his response. Never have I ever been treated so rudely at Home Depot. I'm not going back to this location again. He should not work with customers.

I have been toay home depot stores but this is one I will not return to. Received no customer support when I asked for wire shelving to be cut to length. Was just told "machine broken" and the staff member walked away. I end up cutting the self by myself with hand cutters near the shelving.

I visit this store at least 4 times a week and the service is always excellent.

Delores in the garden section is a delight! She was helpful and very knowledgeable. Keep her!!

Have to use a smart phone plus use their app on order to get a discount. I find this inconvenient for those that have android or inexpensive cell phones.

We went to this store yesterday, ended up buying a washing machine on clearance and some vinyl plank flooring. We were impressed how truly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful every salesperson and supervisor was. As “frequent flyers” of home improvement stores, we will definitely shop here for our needs.

It was a great experience at this location compared to others, here the employees actually help you and are friendly. Carlo the manager was also very helpful and you can tell he wants to do right for his customers and employees

* Aisles are blocked by stocking trucks. * Items can’t be found where app says they are. * ProX desk is non-existent * Phine calls to ProX desk can’t go thru. Hung up on me twice without answering. * Too many untrained new employees who can’t be of any help * No evidence of any supervisory personnel to resort to for help

Associates are very friendly, especially cashier Delores who are always in a cheeerful mood and ready to lend assistance when needed

Trying to reach the store and speak with someone who can help is a JOKE! I was disconnected 5 times. Finally spoke with a totally unhelpful woman on my sixth try.

Each of the employees that helped us out were very friendly and wasted no time to make sure my parents and I were welcomed and treated with care. Shoutout to Mohammed, Ricky, and Loren for their kind service.

Though I have several stores that I could choose as well as those that are not home Depot, I prefer this store because it is usually well stocked within supply capabilities and it is always clean and well maintained inside and out.

So far everything is working fine

I wanted to buy 7860 pavers. I can't place an online order because no store has that many. I called the W. Colonial stores several times (6 miles). I got put on hold and eventually hung up on. I called HD 800#, they connected me with the manager of the Millenia store (18 miles). She handled it in less than 5 minutes. All she needed was my contact info, the item info, the quantity and BOOM...DONE. Thanks Millenia store.

Working with Maria to design our new kitchen was a great experience. Her ideas were great and we can't wait to see how it all turns out.
