The store is a mess, there were things everywhere and it was extremely hard to navigate thru the aisles. The store was full of associates but none would stop to ask if you needed help and when I’d walk near one, they’d go the opposite way! This is a major reason I shop at Lowe’s, they have what I’m looking for and always friendly associates. I stopped here because I was in the area and needed a few items but never again.

Store employee misinformed me about existing stock. I trying to make this right, store management failed to tell me a single action which occurred. I was never called back about failed delivery, with the employee telling me she left a message each time I called for an update. No messages on my phone.

The staff at Millenia Home depot is always friendly and helpful (Delores) was the best, I never have a problem finding what I need at this store and everyone I've ask help has never said to me look on this or that idle they have always taken me to what I was looking for

The store was fully stocked and clean. We had the greatest employee, who gave us information about the product we were requesting that we did not know. We left the store after making our purchase feeling very satisified with the experience and happy that employees, such as Christopher, realize the importance of friendly, knowledgeable customer service.

Living in the Dr. Phillips area it is very difficult to go onto I4 and the traffic on Conroy towards Target is awful. We build up a long list "to do's" before we head down there. Horrible Location for homeowners in the Southwest area. Will not go to the one near OBT. Also, the products that I was searching for was only available on your "On-Line" store. After doing research, Home Depot said it was located at the store. But, it wasn't. Very disappointed. As far as associates go, Chris in Electrical was outstanding. But, there is so many associates that will take you to the product area but, don't know anything about it.

Customer service employee Indra and special order employee Tom went above and beyond to make a special order for a broken wheelbarrow handle for me. I can't thank them enough. It was not standard size so it had to be ordered from the company and after several calls to their sales rep, Indra was finally able to place the order with the help of Tom guiding her through the online system that was going through a new system overall. Having employees like this make this store stand out from the other Home Depot stores.

We go to this location weekly the staff is very friendly. It’s a good thing this store has a few 40+ staffers as the younger ones don’t really care to help much. The manager Dave helped us out big time and we really appreciated his efforts and extra time he spent with us to get us what we needed. He totally thought outside the box to figure out an order and delivery situation. Loren was great as well. He stopped me to ask me what I needed as I’m sure I looked perplexed by the “non helpful” answer I got from the young man in lumber. Loren took extra time to do some research for me and found exactly what I was looking for which the kid in lumber said “we must not have it if you don’t see it” The customer service desk should have a bilingual employee however English should be the first language to know if you work in that area. Very frustrating at best!

This is my home store and I love coming here for all of my home projects, including gardening. The associates are generally friendly.

store is clean and always very well stocked. I wish some of the floor employees knew a little more about products but I also understand how hard it is to find them. Maybe a little product knowledge training or if they don't know...they need to ask someone who does.

Store is nice and big got my washer and dryer from there will be going back need to rent or buy a chainsaw and lift truck to cut down some tree limbs

I went to 4403 Millenia Plaza, Home depot and was helped by "Samantha" and she was very good. We wanted to start a Garden Bed project and looks like she is an expert in that and helped us in getting all the required material. Really liked the way she helped us.
