Used to go here weekly 3 years ago and always had a bad experience. Went in today and plenty of cashiers and people to assist in my purchase. Layout is much better and was better stocked than it used to be. Will be going back if need be. Had a pressure washer I couldn’t get at any other store because the product was just released.

There are a couple of store associates that know what they are doing and can assist with getting the proper items. Items are relatively stocked and able to access. However, I am not a fan of the "Self Checkout" seems like a complete waste of time for the customer. They are not on both sides of the store and if you enter on one side you have to walk all the other way through the parking lot to get to your car.

If you like being approached by illegal immigrants, looking for work and or waiting in a ridiculous line because they have a new checkout system, they’re testing that still requires cashiers to help. Complete waste of time very unsafe environment outside terrible experience.!

I love this Home Depot and all of its employees. They go above and beyond to help you and treat you like family

I would have purchased a more expensive model of the tool I was looking for, but everything was locked up. Treating customers like criminals makes me not want to shop at this store. You would get more money out of me if you stopped locking up the inventory.

I go there a lot as the employees are always willing to help and I am 77 and disabled , they NEVER make me feel like a bother , I appreciate that as at my age that is not always the case at many stores .

I came for a return and to pick up a couple of items. Though the item I needed wasn't in stock, the employees went above and beyond in taking care of my issue. I interacted with several employees, each were kind and helpful. I felt like I was in Chikfila!

The NE Quarry HD is well run, helpful staff, well stocked with wanted brands.

I bought my kitchen cabinets and Appliances with Dan G in cabinetry. He was a Fantastic designer to work with! 5+ stars!! I would recommend him to anyone who needs a designer!

This store is always, clean, well organized and has the Best employees!! I have bought carpeting, all my appliances and my gardening materials at this Home Depot!

I'm between three stores, the Quarry, Fridley and Spring Lake Park. The latter two are good and convenient. But the help at Mpls Quarry never disappoints and recently they have gone above and beyond - with personality.

The assistant manager Pat helped me in a very frustrating situation. He proactively said hello and noticed that I was frustrated. He then helped hunt down and special ordered some decking that Home Depot had discontinued right in the middle of our project. I was frustrated, but he helped resolve the situation. Hey Home Depot give Pat a raise and get Timbertech back in your stores.

Employees always try to help. Shelves well stocked. Returns easy when needed.

We received wonderful customer service from Rodrigo. He took extra the extra time to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase!

Rodrigo in appliances helped me to select the best choices for washer and dryer, and also helped me to resolve a puzzling phone call from LG. Many employees stopped to greet me as I shopped. Very good customer service

We had new kitchen cabinets and countertops installed using Home Depot’s services. 3-4 day cabinets took months to complete and poorly done.Store did no over site of the project promised compensation and follow up the 3 times I went to the store. Never heard back and our upper cabinet is still 1/4 “ off over our stove. Countertops were well done.

This does not to relate to this Home Depot in particular. It relates to ALL Home Depots. Please stop wasting our time asking us for our shopping experience feedback every time we buy something.

This 5 star review is for Dylan. We were frustrated with our experience of ordering a door. It sat for two weeks at Home Depot. We were never notified. We called to inquire to learn it was there. We could not get in touch with the installer we had paid for so we went to the store. Dylan was awesome. He was apologetic and kind and helpful. While we decided to install the door ourselves, Dylan inspired a positive feeling for us in the end.

This Home Depot in NE Mpls is amazing. The employees are awesome and helpful. There is always someone nearby wanting to help. Highly recommend.

My recent purchase of the Hydrotech Garden Hose and quick connect and so far, I' 'm incredibly happy with the products. However, I've only used them once.

Home Depot makes their customers do the checkout work for Home Depot. Idiot attendants stand about yakking with co-workers & gaping at customers. They only step in to "TRAIN" the Home Depot Customer. What is the point of sending THIS SURVEY when the customers have to check themselves out at the cash register? I worked as a cashier and I got PAID. It was a job & it still is a job when you have to check yourself out at the store. THIS SURVEY IS IDIOTIC!!! NO CASHIERS EXIST WHEN I SHOP AT HOME DEPOT!!

I have found many useful things at Home Depot over the years. However, recently I let an employee check me out at the self-checkout station. She charged me twice for a $57 can of paint, and I did not realize this until I got home. Be careful at checkout.

I came to Home Depot to purchase luxury vinyl flooring from Lifeproof. I compared quality, features, appearance, and pricing from several home improvement stores and determined that purchasing Lifeproof 30 MIL Planks from Home Depot checked all the boxes! As a bonus, I found the staff @ the Northeast Minneapolis Home Depot very helpful and friendly!

Very friendly people, exceptional customer service, warm and inviting like a hometown store ought to be.

The shopping center is hard to get into and out of. The store is a typical Home Depot facility with a diverse and well-stocked inventory. But they apparently struggle to find and/or train well-informed employees to help customers identify and locate the products needed to complete a given project. It's very difficult to find a person to direct you to the right place and when you do, they often don't know what you need or whether they have it. I have observed this repeatedly on visits to this facility.
