I had a great experience ordering my new kitchen cabinets at Home Depot. The staff person Gina was great a understanding my kitchen, she made great suggestions, she got me all set up and ready to go.

I have been using this Home Depot site for years and this visit was the worse I've had yet. I was getting paint and the 2 men in the paint department that day did NOT match up my request for the color samples I presented to them. They appeared to be very disinterested in helping me, no color dot on the paint cans either, what's with that!!

Great location and customer service support! Alfredo went above and beyond to help me locate and purchase a table saw that was in inventory but not on the sale floor. While assisting me, he was courteous and efficient in assisting other customers who sought out his assistance as well.

Every business seems to be compromising right now - not this store! - they have sufficient staff and inventory - and they ask if they can help you!

This store has plenty of products and lots of helpful, professional employees.

The store is always busy, which means they're always going to be shorthanded. On top of that, i see other customers being difficult and disrespectful to employees all the time, and they still carry about their day unfazed. Busy, hectic, and crazy, and yet they rock in customer service and in availability of products. I used to go to a competitor because it's closer, but this store has become my first choice every time.

The employees at this location are always happy and more than willing to help. I have been in different big name stores and if you ask an employee a question they act like you bothered them. This location the employees will walk with you to the isle to find your product. Thank you to ALL the employees at the New Brighton MN location.

This store has excellent employees throughout the store.

Clean, friendly, great staff, quick check out. Meghan in customer service is awesome, as is everyone I've interacted with in paints. One guy even let my kids press the button to shake the paint (I think that was pre-covid). It was memorable and fun for them.

The customer service team (specifically Dan and Steven C.) went out of their way to honor a price drop on my recent online purchase. The online homedepot.com rep (whom Dan called on my behalf) was very *unhelpful*. Dan took a hit at the store level on the price drop to cover for the online rep. This team goes above and beyond. Thanks Dan and Steven!
