We purchased a few appliances from HD store #2807. We were extremely impressed with the appliance knowledge of our salesperson (Gary). He gave us additional product info that we had not received from a HD competitor and we ultimately made a purchase of a few appliances.

Store employee named Ella is the best worker ! She helped me get my dad a Father’s Day gift !

Dylan gave me great customer service. I purchased a gas grill. He set up assembly and delivery for me.

This store visit was to purchase a garden hose, hose reel cabinet and sprayer, and window fans. Great selection, helpful and friendly staff.

I am 77 and hard of hearing. Gabby and the checkout manager went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed and were very friendly in the process.

Have been buying for and fixing up the basement. If I have a question they can answer it. Nice people.

I was Home Depot to purchase my daughter a refrigerator. I showed Gary the dimensions of what was needed and he showed me the refrigerators that would fit.

This store in the quarry is my "Go To " store. My experience has always been pleasant. They are terrific at customer service and I am grateful.

Great store. Lots of smart, seasoned pros working.

I went in to Home Depot Quarry location to pick up special fuel for my snowblower. I was greeted, employee available for my product question. He walked me to product, offer/and retrieved a cart for me. Self checkout was quick and easy and cashier was helpful and pleasant. I think employee engagement there has stepped up a notch. They had what I needed too

The scheduling was weird, the measurement appointment was a waste of time, and I was told in the store that they didn’t have an extension kit I would need to get a door installed. They offered no solutions. I literally asked “so I paid for a measurement of a standard size and I cannot actually purchase a (standard size) door here and get it installed?” And the workers face was just blank. Zero stars, will never do that again.

As first-time homeowners, we extensively used HD for home improvement products. We loved the staff and products from this location. Great price and availability. We look forward to using this store for many years to come.

Amanda was super helpful in offering different lumber options, ideas and tool recommendations. She was awesome. One of the tool associates taught me how to exchange a blade on a tool and which replacement blades to get.

My wife and I do almost all of our shopping at this store. Occasionally we will go to another Home Depot out of necessity. Some employees greet us by name we are there so often.

Had trouble find a ladder on black Friday, but went home happy with the help of several great employees who took time and persisted in helping to find it in overstock.

I was looking for a paint product that I thought Home Depot carried, but didn't. But the sales folks were all pleasant in trying to help me out. They even looked it up online and found out who carried it, this was after they suggested one of their products, of course. Good customer interaction!

I needed carpet installed quickly and Home Depot assured my wife and i they would get it done in a timely manner... After we picked out a one of a few immediately available carpets Home depot Changed the install the day before, because they did not have the carpet we choose. Home Depot promised to give us a discount after the inconvenience rescheduling for the next week.. They did not give us the discount, AND gave us a cheaper carpet than we had originally chosen but still charged us the same price as our original choice of carpet that they told us was not available the day before our install. BUYER BEWARE!!

I’ve had excellent experiences with Marty, Thia and Connor B. They helped me get my doors measured, and then helped me purchase with confidence.

The customer service at this store is worse than bad. They cannot answer even basic questions about scheduled installs, deliveries or pick ups. Trying to call management often results in extensive wait times and then being disconnected without being able to speak to anyone to resolve your issue.

I arrived at the store at 3pm to return a tool I purchased. Line was a little long, but it was understandable since there were only like 3-4 employees. Now the bad part was when I was trying to get compact cutting tool and EVERYTHING was locked up. That’s ok, since I work for retail, I understand the shortage reduction strategies. However! I called for help numerous times and only an employee by Jose was willing to help but he did not know the codes to the gates. He kept trying to get employee solomon to help out but kept getting ignored (in front of me). Jose made him aware I had been waiting 30 mins, but he still had no sense of urgency. He was rude when he finally helped and stated that Home Depot doesn’t carry any more batteries for any of the compact cutting tools I wanted. When I asked for an alternative, he told me, “you don’t know anything about anything right?” I was extremely upset by this, but I continued to be with him because I needed that tool. Manager Brandon showed up and before solomon could even help me out by opening the locked tools, Brandon asked him to help him out with another customer. Once again, waiting game. I approached Brandon and let him know my concerns, and all he said was sorry. Very cut and dry. Little hope for customer service at this store with how this manager handled the long wait, the interruption, and the lack of care. Never have I experienced such a bad time at Home Depot. Jose was the only person who cared during my visit

Anyone looking to purchase appliances I would highly recommed this Home Depot store

Return lines take about 30 minutes. Not because of long lines but because there probably is only one cashier. I only know this because it has happened to me 3 times already and I will not be returning here to buy or return. Other Home Depot stores are great though. Go elsewhere.

We are most happy with our choice in carpet at Home Depot NE. The price and product look great.

I came into the store at the very end of the day, the staff made me feel welcome and were happy to help me get what I needed. When I had issues with my check out Fardowsa was very helpful in assisting me.
