I purchased a Weber BBQ grill and push button starter does not work.

We bought a use house recently. And we visit this store to buy all the materials and appliances. Whenever we need to return some of the materials they help us a lot . We bought paint wood light fans and more .

The store still looks like an overstocked warehouse. Aisles are always cluttered and hard to maneuver carts around. Go back to basics on customer service skills. It would go a long way. Thank you.

I still cannot registered the product Rigid due to receipt if I cannot register it I will have to return it

Wow. Was help and an associate was available on all departments I went to. They asked if I needed help and assisted in helping me find what I needed. Good job. Hopefully they stay that way.

Everything I go to this location, even if it is 20 away from my closest home depot, they are always well stocked and always find what I'm looking for, personnel is always willing to help and well trained on where to find d what, plus the isla of milwaukee products deal always gets my attention, please keep the good work.

Everything going good and had good service when I went to get some paint. Guy was patient and help me find some primer I needed for a room. I got distracted when I saw another employee walking on the sales floor. The guy looked disappointed or just not happy to be there at work. I kind of made me realized that people just want to get a check and do nothing.

I visited the store a few times this month and every time the employees were very helpful. Thank you

Home Depot has so much variety, whatever you need they're probably going to have for you, pretty good store overall

Walked around several minutes to find someone to assist me. There were several other people with the same problem

Always find the tools I need in Ryobi brand with great warranty

I’ve bought several items my favorite it the wet and forget shower cleaner.

We got excellent service, employee was very professional and informative

I was made to feel as if my need was important to them.

You can find employees to help you it take up 1 hour for some one to help. Also when you find employees and the have bad attitude

Got an Echo weed wacker 225 better than my Piston broken stilh .

4 days of delay to complete project at my cost. Due to your staff, communication and issues with contractors in delivery.. make this right!!

Want to do the whole store with no help.

I purchase products for our business at lease three times a week and it is frustrating every time. product in the aisles, associates not offering to help. If it wasn't for the proximity, I'm not sure I would shop HD

Looking for a veey special led ligth bulb, and I found it easy and well explained by the Assistant

I shop this store very often as it is the closest to my home. The staff is friendly and will help you find what you need. The store is well stocked and you can usually find what you need. It is better to go early morning or late afternoon as it is very busy during the day.

Like I mentioned before, Home Depot needs to create a Help Center where a customer can go and speak to an accociate or plug in what the customer is looking for and get information and location of the product.
