The store is typically clean and fairly well organized. Employees I've interacted with have always been friendly and generally helpful. However, that is about the extend of 'good things' I can say. Here's an example of what my issues are with this store. A few days ago I was looking on line (homedepot.com - and with this store selected as 'my store') for LED lighting panels. I found the ones I wanted to purchase but the web site indicated that these folks did not have these panels in stock. So I ordered them and directed them to be delivered to the store. Later the same day I had need of some other, minor electrical supplies so I just drove over to the store. Walking through the electrical section, I was amazed at the presence of the very lights I had just ordered hours earlier.. lined up on the shelves. And this is just one example of at least three occurrences over the past 10 months or so. Whatever software these folks use to indicate if something is available or needs to be ordered in, is non-functional. This is an instance where I had to reschedule some work because I thought the items I needed to complete it were not readily available.. only to discover later on that they DID have what I needed. Most of the large corporations that deal in retail sales utilize a logistics department that tracks all the things that are most commonly sold in a given location and ensure that store is adequately supplied with the majority the products they can reasonably expect to sell there. Apparently The Home Depot has not quite caught on to this particular facet of a working business model.. or perhaps they DO have such a department but one that lacks proper skill set to do their jobs..?

The customer service was great. Mary from the paint department was extremely helpful and went over and beyond assisting us. She was friendly and answered all of our questions and gave us tips. We will definitely be coming back to this store.

The store was clean and organized. The associate in the paint counter was helpful and had patience with me while helping me choose the color i wanted.

Todas 11/19/2019 arround 7:30 - 8:00 PM, I was doing some washing machine maintenance, broke the cold water shut off vavalve for the washing machine, had to shut off the water for the entire house. Quickly head off to home depot, was in the plumbing section, couldn't find a valve that look like the one I had from home, asked a guy in the plumbing section where could I find a shut of valve for the washing mashing water, very rudedlly with out even looking at me or the vavalve I had on hand told me that Home Depot didn't carry it and to go tomorrow to "to other place" (because I cant mention the name of a store) he said they have everything. To my dissatisfaction, I continued looking in the pluming section for something to replace the vavle to regain water function in the house, found something that I thought might work if not I bought my self a block off to just turn the water on. To my surprise I got home and it fit, very disatisfy with home depot customer service from Shary rd. Next time I'll just go to "other place" since the same employee who rudly help me recommended! Update I got contacted by email, by an assistance manager, replied to the email it has been several days and no respond.

Great selection and friendly staff. It is an enjoyable stop when shopping for home improvements.

It was hard to find products because you couldn't get down the aisles. Two employees were helpful the rest turned and ran. Cat feces along the front of the building and carts full of debris in the aisles. Masonite hardboard was on a rack labeled and priced maple plywood. Not a fun store at all.

Very helpful personnel. Got my wood cut for free.will be back.

I have always had a very positive experience at this store as compared to others in the area. Never waited to long to get help when needed. Restrooms are always clean and well stocked.

Received great advice and information on purchasing paint for our front door.

In this store you can find associates willing to help you not like the other home depot and Trenton road this one is much better.

STORE VERY CLEAN

Low lighting, associates are not knowledgeable in the areas they work, website shows available quantities of products but they are not there. Associates show very little motivation to help. Store aisles are closed for re-stocking during peak shopping times.

Employees just dont care!

The personnel on the paint department was very helpful and knowledge on their field

I follow their Vigoro lawn fertilizer schedule and this location always has what I need.
