The process was painless! I was expecting to have to wait for a while and there probably not be anyone available since it was close to closing time. That was not the case and I was thoroughly impressed. It was smooth sailing.

The sales associates were very nice and helpful. Everyone I came in contact with were polite and friendly. My last few visits to the store the sales associates offered their assistance in helping me find the item I was looking for and helped me make sure I had the right replacement part.

Purchased laminate flooring - the sales associate was extremely helpful. We used to purchase all our home improvement needs at Lowe's but had some bad experiences. We now only use Home Depot. We always find what we need, the employees are helpful and know their products.

I was in the store twice today, and one associate was very helpful both times. The second time I was in, I was misdirected, but when I ran across the associate who had helped me the first time, he took me straight to the item I needed. Thank you.

Overall the store is clean, the staff very helpful in the past.

Associates seemed too busy to help with the 16' boards I purchased. Also, no one around to help load. I checked prices on-line to get an estimate of materials for my customer. Was disappointed to find that the prices were overall higher in the store. Will take my business elsewhere next time.

I always come in through the garden section to say hello to Forest and do my shopping and come back to her register if she is working.

This home depot is always very clean and the associates are super friendly. On this particular visit, the cashier Bridgett, was such a pleasant lady. Our checkout experience with this sweet lady was the best ever.

I needed a chain saw, went to the section and found what I wanted. A sales assocate was there but I did not need their help.

I came to the store I shop at and the saw that cuts wood for customers was broken. I was told it had been broken since Wednesday and today is Saturday.
