I bought this tool box chest two weeks ago, and I am really happy with it the color I need good quality and a right price as well.

This store used to have decent pro parking like the other stores but it’s been taken away for a year or so now. This store also used to have great employees that knew some trades but there’s only one or two that do now. The older lady cashier is excellent though.

I went shopping for door hardware, and was helped by several very knowledgeable employees.

I bought this toilet, it was the exact model I was looking for

Well stocked, ample amount of workers, all workers friendly and helpful.

The main isle is packed with product making simple navigation a challenge but they had what I needed.

I had a great experience at your store today—associates were friendly, offered help without being asked, and actively listened. The overall customer experience was excellent. One small request: the lumber aisle only had 3/4” MDF sheets. For projects like mine, 1/2” (or thinner) MDF is ideal. If you could add those sizes, it would save a lot of customers from having to shop elsewhere. Thanks again for running a helpful, customer-focused store!

Being old, bald and retired, each Home Depot is like my second shop. So many things to buy, so much potential, but so little time left when one is closer to the end then the beginning. So much better than the 11% competition.

I cant believe how average this store has been for so long. The material choice is limited and the employees never appear engaged.

I paid more than double for dried out sod.Earlier that day I bought freshly cut sod for less than 1/2 the price.I needed a few more and HD was closer ,so I shopped there. Regretfully. Plus I needed to load it myself.I am 70 yr old female.There were 10 rolls at abut 40 lb each.Go to a sod farm even if it is a distance. I recommend this store if you are NOT buying sod

2 people were helping customers and one was on the computer. We had to ask her if she was working. We walked by her numerous times and not once did she ask if we needed help. Evidently something was very important on the computer.

I went in to buy a new freezer, my current one stopped working. They had one "in Stock" that I could bring home, plug in and I was able to save my food. I was so thankful for the in stock option and the staff was able to move it to the front within 1 hour for me to pick up. Couldn't get much easier.

The last two times we were in, the staff was very very helpful, from ordering a needed item to purchasing a dishwasher. They were knowledgeable and even found ways to help us save. Thank you for your customer service and floor staff.

The employees at the Monticello Home Depot are always friendly, ask if you need assistance, and geat resources of knowledge and experience.

Ive been there close to 100 times and never a bad experience. So many eployees are great at their jobs!

We had our floors measured and we're ready to chose and place our order with the flooring department. Mike was available to help us. He helped us through the special order process in store and made it a non stressful event. He made sure to get us exactly what we wanted and even followed up with us.

Tori in the garden center was amazing. I had a crazy toddler with me and she was so helpful with all aspects of our shopping experience. She greatest us and helped us find what we needed. Even gave extra info on the plants we bought! She also gave my daughter a stamp on her hand and a sticker! It was the highlight of my daughter’s day! Then Tori helped us bring our things to checkout! Definitely hope we see her again next time we are there!

I bought this yesterday for my shower. I have never used a snake and I was very hesitant. It was so easy!! If I can do it, anyone can. I watched a short how to on YouTube. One use more than pays for it. Buy one!!

Madison assisted us with all our new kitchen appliances. She answered all our questions and made sure we understood delivery dates, fees for taking all appliances, etc. Very courteous and helpful

I buy the laundry soap Detergent called ( Ecos) in the 170 large size at the Home Depot in Elk River Minnesota. But the Monticello Home Depot is closer to our home. I wish that the Monticello Home Depot could also carry this brand of laundry soap and dish soap. We have a well and this is septic safe. And a environmentally safe product. I like the Magnolia & Lilly scent it also comes in Lemongrass scent. Thank you! Heather Carlson

I bought DEWALT HAMMER DRILL/ DRIVER KIT

Bad experience. I asked for a price match. Lucenda said no. I. Asked for the policy. She said no. I offered to show her the policy but she did not care. I asked for a manger but was turned down. I did do online chat. I was right about the price match.

I have been going to this Home Depot for nearly 20 years and I have always been more that satisfied with the products and professionalism of the staff.

Maybe need more employees

Waited 6 weeks for a door measurement. ( was told 3-5 days ) measurements were not logged in the system like I was told it would be. Person didn't know how to order a door with insulation. Still waiting for a appointment call to install the door.

I bought softener salt and they put it in my car for me! Very helpful.

If you ever need help in the blinds department ask for Taylor. She is fantastic! Knowledgeable in her field and very patient in working with you. You don't find many store employees like her. I give her 5 stars!

I’ve had the pleasure of getting help from some people who were outstanding! They are varied ages and backgrounds. It’s definitely nice to have someone who has retired from a trade to be able to assist with selecting items needed for a project. For example, Lou yesterday helped me, and explained to me the answer to my question based on his previous field as an electrician. Sam, a supervisor found the right person for me when I asked for help. When you hire this caliber of people, whether working after retiring from prior career or having managers who are customer-focused & team players.
