First time purchasing an appliance at the HomeDepot very nice experience good friendly service

I thought you would have more experienced professionals who worked in their own area.Some kinda people who were not there when I was in depressive need for your expertise.

My last visit was on a Saturday, so I understand things can be a bit crazy in there. However, If they had more staff to work the busy days, then getting an associate for help might be easier. Another customer was telling us that he had be waiting for 45 minutes to get help from with getting some wood down. Fortunately, we only waited 15-20. Knowing that you are shopping on one of the busiest days...you need to remember to bring your patience.

your people are very helpful and very friendly, 95 percent of your staff knows where everything is located and if they don't, they find will someone that does. it is a small store which it more comfortable to shop in, least walking looking for things. love that store. i think i know everybody in there from the guys and women in receiving to the lot guys. keep up the good work thank you.

YOU CAN'T TOUCH ANYTHING IN THIS STORE WITHOUT GETTING YOUR HANDS DIRTY AND IT IS VERY FRUSTRATING SEARCHING FOR ITEMS IN THE HARDWARE BINS AND NOT FINDING THE PRODUCT DISPLAYED ON THE BIN.

The product I was looking for was exactly where it should be and was much more inexpensive than the local competitor sells it for. It was a quick and easy trip that saved me a significant amount even though the competitor is closer to my home. I will make the trip again to save money & avoid the hassle of finding this at other stores.

no matter what mood im in the cashiers on the contractors area always put a smile on my face and make me forget the poor assistance i needed while i was doing my shopping. i really hate it when i have to wait more than 25mins. to be helped out, associates are good at what they do but there is not enough of them.

Really easy to find what you need, especially when using the app... which tells you the aisle and bin to find your product. Very Cool. Staff always helpful and friendly.

Couldn't find what I was looking for, asked an employee and was given a specific place to look and even asked if she could escort me to the aisle. I didn't need that, but it was nice. Cashier was very nice as well. Overall, I like this store.

Associates were extremely rude. I asked for assistance and the associate walked right past me. I then had to tell him "I asked you a question". He just pointed at another associate and pointed at me.He talked to the girl but never to me. The lady then helped me to cut two keys that I needed, handed them to me and walked away. She didn't bother to check the quality and insure the cuts were made to match the original. Then came the check out process. When I approach the cashier the wait was about 5min. She helped me and did a good job, but she never talked and greeted me. I told her "thank you" and she stayed mute. As a big company like Home Depot I am sure they provide customer service training for there employees. Just have to say this is the main reason I avoid big companies and try to stick with other local hardware stores. Customer service is key!!

My wife and I have been talking about replacing our stove for a while. We shopped around and found the stove we wanted for the best price at The Home Depot. The associates are always helpful and this purchase was easy thanks to Rita's assistance.

I was so she should be aware of what the customers buying and to ask each and every customer if they need help loading this merchandise into their vehicles.

Consuelo Gomez is very helpful and go up and beyond her duty. she made me aware of the water rebate if you buy washing machine and electric rebate if you buy dryer. But the old man in the door and window department sitting on the table is very sleepy and shows no interest on helping me pick my choice for my main door replacement.

The Home Depot is and always has been my favorite home improvement store. I am always finding new items when looking for the items I am after. I rarely leave the store without the item I went there for. One more thing, the spot sales are excellent.

I was very satisfied with my cashier Carmen, she went out of her way to make sure I got my product, as the store was closing; she was very helpful and professional.

i was very happy with the cashiers, especially Mary, very knowledgeable that checking out is faster. Loading assistance is always my problem in this branch, I wonder why. Paul is nice but always occupied helping out customer, always saying i will get back to you , but rarely comes back because customers like me get frustrated. most of the time fellow customers at the parking lot help me out with loading and our common comment is, "it is hard to get help in loading in this branch." At my age and being a woman, loading assistance is really important to me and this branch is always disappointing me.
