Looked up the price on their website. I paid a higher price in the store. When I inquired about it at customer service, the manager told the associate over the phone that my "store locator" was set to a different area in southern california and MORENO VALLEY cannot honor that price (I paid 33% more than the website price). They told the associate, who related it to me, the next time, ORDER the product online and have it set for pick up at the moreno valley store. This way I will get the lower price. Not sure I will even try it. I don't care much for Lowe's, so I will stick to ACE HARDWARE just as I should have done in this instance.

The folks at this store are always awesome. They help you find what you need and offer tips on making the project easy and nice. I shop at this store all the time and it's rare that they don't have what I'm looking for in stock.

Happy to receive answer to my questions one of the associate paint dept. i learned something new that day. The associate know or has knowledge about my question.

The store was clean and uncluttered. With the help of an associate, I found the couple of things I needed. Check out was easy, with only one person in front of me. The cashier was friendly and easy to talk to. She was quick and precise to ring up my order.

The garden shop had everything that I was looking for and then some.

Items in stock most of them were broken, associate wasn't knowledgeable with the product inquiring on. Instead of recommending someone more knowledgeable he just blew us off and was too busy to assist us.

The paint department associates are rude and lack knowledge and when a problem arises they will not help you.

Yesterday, i went to this store and had a great experience. Everyone was very helpful and knew where everything was.

I was looking for a washer and although there was not a very large selection the prices where great everyone was very helpful

I found everything I came in for, and it was easy to find on my own.

The associate in the appliance department was helpful and knowledgeable of the products in her department. She made it easier for us to choose the appliances we needed. The only setback is that this store's front aisles are crowded with items which make it hard to easily move with a cart in and out of the store.

My experience was great i just needed to grab batteries and go they were located right next to check stands as i expected. I got them and was out of there is 2 minutes.i like how big the store is and how ready everything is to find.

The products I usually search for are easy to find, and when I need help it is available.

I went in the store looking for a few items and information on them. Marianne was more then helpful and very knowledgeable in helping with my shopping experience. She got me checked out quickly and made my trip very pleasant.

I really liked the kindness and friendliness of the workers at Home Depot.

THE STIORE WAS VERY CLEAN, THE SALES ASSOCIATES VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL ALL MY NEED WERE MEET.

Couldn't get anyone to get a lawn mower down from a top shelf for me, they told me it would take awhile, she said it in a way making me feel like I should choose something different! There was no interest in helping me , this store has always been this way

My experience at the home depot is usually a good one . The people there are friendly, their helpfull, the store in neat and orderly and most of the time i know where to fine what i need. The people there are professional...keep it up!

I was happy with the help. The Associates were available.

The store was clean overall. The indoor plant section was a little busy and cluttered. There were some plants that had wilted and needed to be removed from the display. I felt the blowers and blower/vacs need to be relocated the the front of the store with the mowers and weed eaters.

I came in for a online order pick up. The store associates were incredibly kind and helpful. I was able to pick up my order very quickly. I would recommend this store to my friends.

I'm always greeted with a smile. I shop here because of that.

Sore has what I want most of the time. Items are not moved around making it easy to find them, The paint department has associates to help and plumbing, The other departments sometimes.

This was the 2nd time that I went to HD to purchase hanging plants that were on sale. Once again, they were out of stock. I told a cashier in the garden department and she was so kind as to sell me similar plants at the sale price so that I would not have to return for a 3rd time. She made my day! Now that's the way to do business.

Yesterday 5_23_2014 I waited a long time for service in apliance and today customer service was rude and unpolite her name was rosemary it. Was about 4:05

I rented a tree stump grinder and a chain saw. The employees in the rental department were great! Friendly, helpful, KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! My day was not gong too great, but working with them made it considerably better. Thank you SO much!

It was ok but wasn't asked if I needed help not once
