Shopping the store during the week is the best time to go: the employees are alert to customer needs, friendly, helpful, and courteous. I shopped there early last week and was most impressed by the outstanding customer service that I received. The manager is well deserving of the highest complement for instilling the importance of quality service in the employees. Good job.

I love this store even though there's another roughly the same distance from my home and I pass right by a Leows, primarily because I know the store it's layout and the people even the new feel like family.

I HAD VERY GOOD SUPPORT IN THE PLUMBING DEPARTMENT

I paid for the installation, waited 3 days for a date and time. When I got the call was told about the holiday, not enough employees and that it would be another week before they could come and install, needless to say I'm getting my money back and will probably return the garage door opener, which I also bought at Home Depot!

Great customer service, always help available . I never had to go looking for help.

Love,Love this store the employees are always kind and patient with me because I don't always no what I'm lookin for. Gary and another lady in plumbing has encourage me to do dyi's and has been a God sent to me. Joy one of the cashier is always so nice when I see her. that's what brings people back to the store, when they feel appreciated. Great store and customer service....
