I purchased a gas stove it was delivered without the LP converter and it was unavailable in store I had to purchase somewhere else, 35 miles away, after 3 trips, because of parts error. Never accept a delivery on or near the weekend Home Depot will not honor their 48 hours warranty window

Purchased $1500 washer and dryer and upon installation found out back door won’t open with how big washer and dryer are or our air vent to dryer would be cut off the installer said he also couldn’t flip the door to dryer even though it was paid for , there are dings and scratches on it I’m all around just very disappointed with this experience I was told Home Depot’s team would reach out to me by the installer and never received a call or anything just dropped it off left with a unhappy customer

Amazing tons of plants , great selection and good prices, they have the ability to open two or more lines. The people are always very pleasant and will even help put things in your car if needed definitely my go to store.

Parking is horrible for a truck and trailer. The moving truck take up to much space. They could be moved closer together.

I purchased a pair of hinges to repair a cabinet door. Performance is everything and to be honest the future of this positive experience hinges upon the proper working of the hinges purchased. My recommendation hinges upon the hinges functioning properly.

I frequently visit this store and everytime but once, they were out of stock on an item. In recent times it hasn't happened at all, plenty of stock. I just saw that this store has a tool rental department. That is awesome and extremely convenient.

Parking lot is to small. The entrance and exits are not well designed and need to be improved. The state and county need to improve road way in this area.

The aisles are almost impassable. Stock, in most cases, is laying all over the place and in many cases impossible to get at because of forklifts and the like are blocking the aisles. Many times I have had to order my merchandise because it takes weeks to get it from the store which is 5 minutes away. The store manager needs to get busy and start managing.

Went looking for a storm door. Neighbor recommended Home depot. He had them come out and install one last week. Sales agent was very cordial and knowledgeable. Found style.we wanted. They will be out next week to measure and then return to install.

We bought a Bread Box. Home Depot Cashier ordered it on line for us. The Bread Box arrived for our pick up on the date promised. Thank You Home Depot.

Staff disappears when u need them

I asked three different employees where the air purifiers were and all three sent me to all different places in the store There were none so I walked the whole large store and left with no purchase People used to show you where items are that you request

Matt was amazing, he was kind, patient, knowledgeable and helped us with everything! He got us at up with an estimate then when we came back Sabre helped us because he was with another guest, but she was great as Well! There was an older bald guy who walked passed up more than once and NEVER even said hello or asked if we were being held and he wasn't with another guest, he just ignored us as if we weren't there, so I'm grateful for Matt finding Sabre to help us finish our purchase for our brand new home! We are forever grateful and happy with our service!

Shopping for a storm door. Two millwork people sitting at their desk, laughing and chatting, no customers. Neither spoke or approached me. The displays are noisy, so they had to know I was there. Found a door, loaded it myself and left. Thanked them for all their help.

They always have the fencing panels I need , I have been replacing sections, Had two deliveries to Socastee area in the last year.

Lately I've been driving from Conway to Murrells Inlet just to go to the Home Depot there. The product selection is great and the employees never fail to smile and offer help. It's a great place to shop.

we had an unusual problem with trying to match carpeting that was installed a few years ago by HD. Tammy Basenese went the full mile to insure that we would get the same carpeting to complete our project. Fantastic person to work with…with great follow up.

I do not like to have materials delivered to a job site because all of the warped, cupped, and damaged wood on top of the piles will be delivered. But with my trailer out of service, I was left with little choice. To my surprise, three deliveries now have been amazing. Only a handful of boards were undesirable but I cut them into smaller blocks and used them. The orders were accurate and the delivery fees were less than I would have charged my client. I highly recommend this particular Home Depot.

I ordered 25 bags of stone to be delivered but only received 18 I was then told I would have to pay for the 7 bags I already paid for and wait 7 to 10 days for a refund
