I am a single older woman and if UI need help in the store, I can always get help!! Just love my local Home Depot - IO run here for everything!!

This is my Go To store for all of my home building supplies. I have been shopping here since the week it opened. Terri and Norma on the Contractor side are my absolute favorite people. They always make me feel like they’ve just been waiting on me to show up. Very professional and helpful. This store typically has everything I need when I need it (within reason).

If you need it designed, go see Mathew. He's great!!

Great friendly store and clean

Ten years ago when we moved to Murrells Inlet, this HD was the most helpful I'd ever experienced. Now it's just like the others. Staff seems to avoid customers. I know they have other tasks and I don't like bothering people at work. Here's an idea, how about having five or six employees just wandering the aisles looking for customers who seem to need help.

I shop there almost everyday as a contractor but if you go on the weekends, there is no one to help you in any way, shape or form. It will take you forever to get lumber and you will be loading yourself. Normally they are good, but just not on weekends.

There were no lines open— only self service. Long line waiting there. I went to the pro desk and still had to wait. There were quite a few employees in the area. Finally one offered to check my out. Need more lines to be manned.

It's great when the staff knows where items are. It makes shopping faster. There were plenty of staff at this location to help. GREAT to see the orange aprons

Gentleman helped me immediately when asked to get some lumber cut.

Bought items in the morning and left my credit card in the credit machine. Didn't realize the card was missing until the evening. Went back to Home Depot Service desk, they checked the safe and found my credit card. Kudos to the staff and Thank You..

We received exceptional service at this store. Three employees asked if we needed help and we were able to complete our online purchase from the store with their assistance.

Me and my husband frequent the Murrells Inlet location when we are the beach. Every staff member we have ever came in contact with is always polite, helpful and goes the extra step to assist us with each purchase. Other store could definitely learn customer service skills from visiting this Home Depot.

The prices are always more reasonable here than elsewhere in town. I know I won’t be getting a returned broken item as I sometimes get from a certain online retailer for the same competitive prices. But on top of that, I appreciate the veteran’s discount and knowledgeable assistance. HD has also gone above and way beyond a couple of times to help me return things when I had no access to a vehicle and was sort of losing my marbles. Thank you for the kindness!

I was in the Murrells Inlet store today and i was pleased to be greeted by a much improved friendliness from the employees than i have received in the past year. Hope it continues

Had to order the cabinet I needed and know if I could reverse the door. Scott looked everything up placed my order promptly!

Always well stocked store and employees always ready to help with your needs

I bought 2 windows . At a cost of $5k .because they were hurricane rated which added another $1k to the cost of each window . The order ca.e in missing the main window sashe . When the replacing came in month later they sent just a piece of glass with no frame . And then it took another month to to correct the order. More energy was spent passing the blame and making excuses and not enough in expediting the resolution. Although a partial credit was given I would much rather more effort was given to resolving the problem in a more timely manner.

Bought a cabinet on line and when it arrived some of the pieces were wrong. Ansoms customer service told me that I. Could get the right pieces from China, I returned the junk.

Love this store, employees are willing to help. We find what we need. Love the holiday decorations!
